Butelka z zakretka i nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki, w widoku z przodu, ma w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu, którego ramiona sa utworzone przez lukowate linie, przy czym jedna sciana boczna korpusu jest wypukla i w czesci górnej ma uskok, który, w widoku z przodu, ma zarys trójkatny, zas przeciwlegla sciana boczna korpusu przebiega u podstawy prostopadle do podstawy, w czesci srodkowej jest wklesla, a w czesci górnej ze sciany tejodsadzony jest uchwyt butelki, którego powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma zaglebienia dostosowane do ksztaltu palców ludzkiej reki. W czesci górnej uchwyt ma powierzchnie skosna, która ma niewielkie wypuklosci dla wygodnego oparcia kciuka reki. Od wspomnianej powierzchni skosnej uchwytu przebiega skosna ozdobna krawedz, która dochodzi do wspomnianego uskoku w czesci górnej sciany bocznej. Nad powierzchnia górna korpusu usytuowana jest zakretka z kolnierzem, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej zakretki znajduja sie pionowe wklesniecia. Nad zakretka usytuowana jest nasadka, której powierzchnia boczna i powierzchnia górna jest wypukla. Na scianie przedniej korpusu znajduje sie etykieta, której krawedzie tworza zarys czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, przy czym w polu etykiety widoczne sa kolorowe figury, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l i fig.3. Nastepna butelka z zakretka i nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki, w widoku z przodu, ma w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu, którego ramiona sa utworzone przez lukowate linie, przy czym jedna sciana boczna korpusu jest wypukla i w czesci górnej ma uskok, który, w widoku z przodu, ma zarys trójkatny, zas przeciwlegla sciana boczna korpusu przebiega u podstawy prostopadle do podstawy, w czesci srodkowej jest wklesla, a w czesci górnej ze sciany tej odsadzony jest uchwyt butelki, którego powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma zaglebienia dostosowane do ksztaltu palców ludzkiej reki. W czesci górnej uchwyt ma powierzchnie skosna, która ma niewielkie wypuklosci dla wygodnego oparcia kciuka reki. Od wspomnianej powierzchni skosnej uchwytu przebiega skosna ozdobna krawedz, która dochodzi do wspomnianego uskoku w czesci górnej sciany bocznej. Nad powierzchnia górna korpusu usytuowana jest zakretka z kolnierzem, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej zakretki znajduja sie pionowe wklesniecia. Nad zakretka polozona jest nasadka, której powierzchnia boczna i powierzchnia górna jest wypukla, przy czym w polu powierzchni bocznej nasadki znajduje sie obszar z kilkunastoma wypuklosciami o zarysach kolistych.
