Przedmiotem wynalazku jest srodek do wytwarzania porowatej blony powierzchniowej na podlozach glebowych jak popioly, piaski, gleby lessowe, nadajacy im okresowa odpornosc na erozje, pylenie i umozliwiajacy wegetacje roslinnosci.W polskim opisie patentowym nr 106511 podano dotychczas stosowane kompozycje do zestalania podlozy glebowych oraz przedstawiono wlasny srodek sluzacy do tego celu.Srodek wedlug wynalazku, stanowi wodna emulsje olejowanego lateksu butadienowo-styre- nowego z dodatkiem lugu sodowego i koloidalnego zolu kwasu krzemowego od 0,5 do 5 czesci wagowych. Dla osiag¬ niecia tgo celu postanowiono opracowac taka kompozycje, kótra zawieralaby z jednej strony skladniki blonotwórcze o charakterze organicznym i nieorganicznym, z drugiej strony skladniki powodujace gruzelkowanie czastek podloza.Srodek wedlug wynalazku stanowi wodna emulsje lateksu butadienowo-styrenowego, sklada¬ jaca sie z 20-25 czesci wagowych lateksu, 50 czesci wagowych wody, zawierajaca ponadto 2-10 czesci wagowych krzemianu sodowego i 2-10 czesci wagowych chlorku wapniowego.Srodek wedlug wynalazku stosowany jest do opryskiwania podlozy w postaci 2-5% roztworu wodnego, zawierajacego 1,5-3,5 czesci wagowych lateksu, 0,2-2,0 czesci wagowych krzemianu sodowego i 0,2-2,0 czesci wagowych chlorku wapniowego oraz 95-97 czesci wagowych wody, przy uzyciu powszechnie stosowanych aparatów opryskujacych.2 130609 Opracowany srodek nalezacy do grupy srodków zawierajacych lateksy kauczukowe jako podstawowy czynnik blonotwórczy, stanowi istotny postep w dziedzinie tych srodkw, gdyz elimi¬ nuje dodatki olejów oraz wprowadza dodatkowe skladniki: blonotwórczy o duzym powinowactwie do gleby i gruzelkujacy glebe.Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest blizej w przykladach wykonania.Przyklad I. Sporzadzono srodek zestalajacy, stanowiacy wodny roztwór lateksu butadie¬ nówo-styrenowego z dodatkiem roztworów wodnych chlorku wapniowego i krzemianu sodowego w skladzie: lateks butadienowo-styrenowy LBS 60-41 — 20 czesci wagowych (w przeliczeniu na 100%) woda — 50 czesci wagowych roztwór wodny chlorku wapniowego — 2 czesci wagowe (w przeliczeniu na 100%) roztwór wodny krzemianu sodowego — 10 czesci wagowych (w przeliczeniu na 100%) Takotrzymany srodek stanowiacy okolo 25% emulsje wodna, rozcienczano przed opryskiem woda w stosunku 1:5. Uzyskano dobre zestalenie podloza i dobry porost traw, a takze roslin motylkowych. Wzrost odpornosci oznaczony odpowiednimi znormalizowanymi sposobami na dzialanie wody byl 20-krotny w stosunku do gleby nieutwardzo¬ nej, a na dzialanie sprezonego powietrza — 8-krotny.Przyklad II. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is an agent for the production of a porous surface membrane on soil substrates such as ashes, sands, loess soils, giving them periodical resistance to erosion, dusting and enabling vegetation vegetation. An agent for this purpose. The agent according to the invention is an aqueous emulsion of oiled styrene-butadiene latex with the addition of sodium liquor and colloidal silicic acid sol from 0.5 to 5 parts by weight. The disadvantage of this agent as well as of other agents of this type, the main component of which are rubber latexes, is the need to use high aromatic oils and tall oil (such as an emulsifier). The use of colloidal silicic acid sol, a high-cost intermediate, improves the affinity of the agent to the substrate. Despite this, the agent creates membranes on soil substrates with a relatively weak affinity to the soil, practically not absorbing water. , not only does not hinder the rooting and growth of vegetation and the penetration of moisture, but also strengthens and accelerates plant development. In order to achieve this goal, it was decided to develop such a composition, which would contain, on the one hand, film-forming components of an organic and inorganic nature, and on the other hand, components that cause granulation of the substrate particles. -25 parts by weight of latex, 50 parts by weight of water, also containing 2-10 parts by weight of sodium silicate and 2-10 parts by weight of calcium chloride. The agent according to the invention is used for spraying the substrate in the form of a 2-5% aqueous solution containing 1.5 -3.5 parts by weight of latex, 0.2-2.0 parts by weight of sodium silicate and 0.2-2.0 parts by weight of calcium chloride, and 95-97 parts by weight of water, using commonly used spraying equipment. 2 130609 Specified agent belonging to the group of agents containing rubber latexes as the basic film-forming agent, it is a significant progress in the field of these agents, because it eliminates It contains oil additives and introduces additional components: film-forming with high affinity to the soil and crumbling soil. The subject of the invention is presented in more detail in the working examples. of sodium silicate composed of: LBS 60-41 butadiene-styrene latex - 20 parts by weight (calculated per 100%) water - 50 parts by weight aqueous solution of calcium chloride - 2 parts by weight (calculated per 100%) aqueous solution of sodium silicate - 10 parts by weight (converted into 100%) The thus obtained agent, constituting about 25% water emulsion, was diluted with water in the ratio 1: 5 before spraying. The preparation was sprayed on sandy and loess soil in the amount of 100Og of solution per 1 m2 (which is 500 kg of dry matter per 1 ha). Good consolidation of the substrate and good growth of grasses and legumes were obtained. The increase in resistance, as determined by appropriate standardized methods, to the action of water was 20 times compared to non-hardened soil, and to the action of compressed air - 8 times. Example II. A solidifying agent was prepared as in Example I with the following composition: LBS 60-41 styrene butadiene latex - 20 parts by weight (based on 100%) aqueous solution of calcium chloride - 10 parts by weight (based on 100%) aqueous solution of sodium silicate - 5 parts by weight (in terms of 100%) water - 50 parts by weight The thus obtained agent, constituting an approximately 30% water emulsion, was used for spraying after dilution, using 10 parts by weight of the emulsion per 50 parts by weight of water. loess soil, sandy soil and covered with ashes from a thermal plant. 50 g of dry matter per 1 m2 of soil was used (which is 500 kg of dry matter per 1 ha). A hard, fairly solid coating was obtained, which did not hinder the growth of grasses. The resistance of hardened soil to the action of water increased 15 times compared to non-hardened soil, and the resistance to compressed air - 10 times.
