PL PLAnchor The subject of the industrial design is an anchor intended for embedding in the ground, preferably the earth, and for placing elements in it, preferably fencing elements. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is a new form of an object constituting an anchor, manifesting itself in the shape and surface properties through having an external shape in the form of a stylized elongated cone, containing in the upper part an element with an outline of a stylized rectangular container containing in the upper part, on the outer surface, a circumferential flange in the form of a belt, and on the side outer surfaces symmetrically situated elements with an outline of elongated flat cuboids, constituting outer ribs, wherein the opposite surfaces have openings symmetrically situated in relation to the outer ribs, and in the lower part the stylized rectangular container has an externally convex surface, and constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container, the external surface of the element with an outline of a stylized cone having an outer circumferential ring and containing an inner outline formed by symmetrically and radially placed ribs and an axially located opening, the further portion of which has the outline of a cone with openings at the apex, while the lower portion of the anchor is an element with the outline of a stylized elongated cone having symmetrical external guide elements in the outline of stylized fins with arcuate outer edges, which constitute an extension of the outline of the external ribs of the stylized rectangular container, wherein the guide elements in the outline of stylized fins have axially located and smooth surfaces, enabling easy insertion of the anchor into the substrate. The industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties constituting the essence of the container. The subject of the industrial design, constituting an anchor, is shown in the attached illustrative material, which includes in Fig. 1 - a frontal-oblique view of the anchor showing the axial shape of the part constituting a stylized rectangular container with an external flange and ribs on the side external surfaces and the outline of the convex external surface constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container with the outline of a stylized cone and a part of the anchor with the outline of a stylized elongated cone having symmetrical external guiding elements with engraved stylized fins with arc-shaped outer edges, which constitute an extension of the outline of the external ribs of the stylized rectangular container, in Fig. 2 * a partial cross-section of the anchor in the part of the stylized rectangular container with an external flange and ribs on the side external surfaces and the outline of the convex external surface constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container with the outline of a stylized cone, and a flange showing a monolithic outline and an outline of a convex outer surface constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container and an inner outline formed of symmetrically and radially placed ribs and an axially placed opening, which in its further part has the outline of a cone having openings at its apex; in Fig. 3 - a frontal, perpendicular and axial view of the anchor showing an outline of an external flange and an outline of a convex outer surface constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container, an inner outline formed of symmetrically and radially placed ribs and an axially placed opening. The essential features of the anchor, according to the industrial design, preferably made of plastic, shown in the illustrative material, are that it has an external shape in the form of a stylized elongated cone, containing in the upper part an element with an outline of a stylized rectangular container, containing in the upper part, on the outer surface, a circumferential flange in the form of a belt, and on the side outer surfaces symmetrically located elements with an outline of elongated flat cuboids, constituting outer ribs, wherein the opposite surfaces have openings symmetrically located in relation to the outer ribs, and in the lower part a stylized rectangular container having an externally convex surface constituting an extension of the outline of the lower part of the container, with an outline of a stylized cone having an outer circumferential ring and comprising an internal outline made of symmetrically and radially placed ribs and an axially located opening, which in its further part has the outline of a cone with openings at the top, while the lower part of the anchor is an element with the outline of a stylized elongated cone having symmetrical external guiding elements with the outline of stylized fins with arc-shaped outer edges, which constitute an extension of the outline of the external ribs of the stylized rectangular container, wherein the guiding elements with the outline of stylized fins have axially located and smooth surfaces.
