W przedniej "scianie posiadaja one wyciecie w ksztalcite wydluzonego do dolu prostokata, którego dolny bok jest rozmieszczony powyzej dolnej krawedzi pudelka. Znane pudelka z wykroju papierowego posiadaja wysokie i ostro za- konczone narozniki tylnej sciany i z powodu tego sciany te sa narazone na szybsze zniszczenie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac pudelka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii scian pudelka.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi prostopadloscienne pudelko skladane z jednego wykroju papierowego, w postaci otwartego od góry po- jemnika. Pudelko posiada: podstawe w ksztalcie czworokata oraz prostokatne scia- ny boczne oraz przednia i tylna, wszystkie ugiete do srodka w polowie ich wysokosci, przy czym sciana tylna jest wydluzona, a przednia posiada wy- ciecie. Sciana tylna wystaje ponad wysokosc pudelka i jes t wyzsza od jego dwu- krotnej wysokosci oraz posiada zaokraglone narozniki i linie giecia na wy- sokosci odpowiadajacej wysokosci pozostalych scian. Sciana przednia posiada wydluzone, zwezajace sie ku dolowi wyciecie o bokach prostych, polaczonych w dolnej czesci lukiem, przy czym luk znaj- duje sie na wysokosci w przyblizeniu 1/3 wysokosci pudelka. Wewnatrz pudelka, na jego podstawie jest rozmieszczona wkladka odpo- wiadajaca ksztaltem podstawie pudelka, posiadajaca ugiete do dolu wy- pustki utrzymujace ja na wysokosci luku wydluzonego wyciecia przedniej sciany. Wszystkie sciany pudelka stanowia powierzchnie reklamowa. Known note card boxes are rectangular in shape, open at the top, made of transparent, rigid plastic, with all walls the same height and a wide cutout along the entire height of the front wall. Variations of such boxes are the subject of Community industrial designs Nos. 614722-0007 to 614722-0012 and Polish industrial design No. Rp. 11444. There are also known note card boxes made of paper cutouts, having the shape of a cuboid open at the top with a significantly elongated back wall, which, when folded forward, closes the cuboid from the top. In the front wall, they have a cutout in the shape of an elongated rectangle, the lower side of which is located above the lower edge of the box. Known boxes made of paper cutouts have high and sharp corners on the back wall, and because of this, these walls are exposed to faster damage. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the box, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines of the box walls. The subject of the industrial design is a cuboid box composed of a single paper cutout, in the form of a container open at the top. The box has: a quadrangular base and rectangular side walls, as well as a front and back, all bent inwards at half their height, with the back wall being elongated and the front having a cutout. The back wall It protrudes above the height of the box and is more than twice its height and has rounded corners and bend lines at a height corresponding to the height of the other walls. The front wall has an elongated cutout that tapers downwards with straight sides connected at the bottom by an arc, the arc being located at a height of approximately 1/3 of the box height. Inside the box, on its base, an insert corresponding in shape to the box base is placed, having downwardly bent projections holding it at the height of the elongated arc of the cutout in the front wall. All walls of the box constitute advertising space.
