ZESTAW STOLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy zestaw stolowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter postaci wytworu, obejmujacego siedem odrebnych elementów zestawu - nadane mu przez szczególne cechy ksztaltów kazdego z elementów, kolorystyki oraz wspólna ceche ornamentacji imitujacej plecionke stanowiaca zewnetrzna powierzchnie scianek struktury poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym pokazano postacie kazdego elementu zestawu. PLThe industrial design is for a new table set, featuring a unique character in its form, comprising seven distinct elements – given to it by the specific characteristics of each element's shape, color scheme, and the common feature of ornamentation imitating a braided weave on the outer surface of the walls of the structure of each element. The design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which shows the form of each element of the set. Essential features of an industrial design. The individual shape of the first element of the set – a salt shaker – has a back wall made of opaque plastic in the shape of an inverted trapezoid, with a top section symmetrically contoured with quarter-arches connected by a semi-arc, which includes a hanging hole. The lower edge of the back plate has a semi-circular bottom made of opaque plastic, on which sits a container in the shape of an inverted truncated half-cone made of transparent plastic. The front surface is decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid" and has a semi-circular lid made of opaque plastic, hinged to the back wall, and the upper surface of the lid is decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid." On the back of the salt shaker there is an embossed image of a graphic symbol in the form of stylized letters MiL with a loop, and below it there are embossed letters PP within the outline of three bent arrows forming the shape of a triangle, while above on the back wall there is an embossed outline of a glass and a fork, and below that there are embossed serial numbers. The individual shape of the second and third separate elements of the set consists of a jar-shaped container, available in various heights, with a square cross-section and rounded edges, a flat upper surface topped with a circular collar flared at the top, an internal socket for a round lid, a handle in the shape of a spherical knob, and a lid rim fitted with a rubber seal placed in a groove around the circumference of the lid, made of an opaque material. The container body is permanently pressed into the rim of a square bottom made of an opaque material. The four outer surfaces of the container walls are decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid." The bottom surface of the bottom features embossed graphic markings identical to those on the salt shaker. The fourth and fifth elements of the set are uniquely shaped, in the form of a yellow napkin holder and a blue variant. Each napkin holder has two semicircular side plates connected by a strip-shaped plate above the lower edges of the semicircular side plates. The outer surfaces of both side plates are decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid" with perforations left between the strips. The lower surface of the strip connecting the plates features embossed symbols similar to those on the salt shaker and the container. The sixth element of the set is uniquely shaped, in the form of a rectangular tray in brown with rounded corners. Its side walls, together with the base, form an obtuse angle, and the rim walls terminate in a contoured, outward-curving semicircular edge. On the shorter sides of the wall and the profiled semicircular edge, there are symmetrical planes placed with respect to each other, which, together with the profiled semicircular edge, constitute the tray's handles. The surface of the bottom plate of the rectangular tray is decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid," which is an important common feature of all the elements of the table set. On the outside of the bottom of the tray, on the rounded corners, are embossed arched edges, which constitute the tray's legs. The bottom surface of the tray features embossed symbols similar to those on a salt shaker, container, or napkin holder. The seventh element of the set is a uniquely shaped, round blue tray. Its circular plate has a rim wall that forms an obtuse angle with the base, and the rim wall is finished with a profiled, semicircular edge, curved outward, in which planes are placed symmetrically with respect to each other. These planes, together with the profiled semicircular edge, constitute the tray's handles. The upper surface of the bottom plate of the round tray is decorated with ornamentation imitating "braid," which is a significant common feature of all the elements of the table set. On the bottom surface of the bottom plate of the round tray, four arched edges are embossed under the handles and symmetrically along the transverse axis, constituting the tray's legs. The underside of the tray features embossed markings, similar to those on the salt shaker, containers, napkin holders, and rectangular tray.
