Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do wykonywania filtru studziennego z polistyrenu granulowanego. Znany jest sposób wykonania filtru studziennego z polistyrenu granulowanego wedlug polskiego opisu patentowego nr 113 ^82. Sposób ten polega na tym, ze polistyren gra¬ nulowany umieszczony w formie z blachy perforowanej o wymiarach dostosowanych do wymiarów filtru zanurza sie w roztworze rozpuszczalnika nitro z benzyna lakowa przez okres kilkunas¬ tu sekund. Nastepnie nadmiar roztworu usuwa sie przez odwirowanie. Nie jest znane urzadze¬ nie do stosowania tego sposobu.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku umozliwia zrealizowanie tego sposobu. Urzadzenie to stanowi cylindryczna forma z blachy perforowanej osadzona na obrotowym trzpieniu zamocowanym w ra¬ mie. Na ramie u dolu jest umocowana, przesuwna ku górze, wanna zaopatrzona w oslona obejmu¬ jaca forme. There is known a method of making a well filter from granulated polystyrene according to the Polish patent description No. 113 ^ 82. This method consists in the fact that granulated polystyrene placed in a form of perforated sheet with dimensions adapted to the dimensions of the filter is immersed in a solution of nitro solvent with white spirit for a period of several seconds. Then excess solution is removed by centrifugation. There is no known device for using this method. The device according to the invention makes it possible to carry out this method. This device is a cylindrical form made of perforated sheet mounted on a rotating mandrel fixed in the frame. On the frame at the bottom there is mounted a tub which can be moved upwards and is provided with a cover covering the form. The tub is provided with two-arm levers, the axes of rotation of which are fixed in the brackets of the frame. The mold is mounted on the mandrel by means of two disks mounted on the mandrel. The spindle is equipped with a drive. The mandrel has an inside hole with which are connected the holes arranged radially. The device according to the invention makes it possible to make a well filter of granulated polystyrene. This is achieved by mounting the mold on a rotating mandrel, under which a sliding solution bath is located. By lifting the tub, it is possible to immerse the polystyrene mold for a few seconds by turning the mold. After leaving the bath, it is possible to immediately remove excess solution by centrifugation. Moving the bathtub is simple and easy to handle. The creation of a hole in the pin and radial holes makes it possible to bring in compressed hot air in order to remove excess solution faster. The device according to the invention is explained in more detail in the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the device, and Fig. 2. is 129 209 and cross-section by devices.
