Abstract

System nienośnej ściany działowej o izolacyjności ogniowej na poziomie El30, składający się z aluminiowych profili obwodowych z wypełnieniem w postaci przekładki termicznej, wkładów chłodzących, uszczelek pęczniejących, uszczelek przyszybowych, przyściennej uszczelki akustycznej oraz punktowych uchwytów szyb przeciwpożarowych, a w dolnej części podkładki podszybia charakteryzuje się tym, że profile obwodowe (1, 2, 3) posiadają na zewnętrznej koronie od wewnątrz gniazda (16) a w nich uszczelki przyszybowe (6), przy czym profile obwodowe boczne oraz obwodowe dolne są dwuczęściowe (1, 2) asymetryczne, przy czym bazowa część tych profili (1), na stronie przeciwnej do wkładu chłodzącego (5) ma na jego pionowej ścianie zaczep (13), a druga część osłonowa (2) zawiera od wewnętrznej strony haczyk (14), ponadto profile obwodowe (1, 3) posiadają taką samą ilość punktowych uchwytów (9) szyb przeciwpożarowych (12) co ilość punktów mocowania łącznikami stalowymi (8) do otworu montażowego (15), natomiast w profilach górnych (3) i bocznych (1, 2) pomiędzy szybą (12), a łącznikami stalowymi (8) na całej długości profili znajduje się uszczelka pęczniejąca (10).
