Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania wlóknin klejonych o miekkim chwycie, przeznaczonych dla przemyslu odziezowego.Znany sposób wytwarzania wlóknin klejonych polega na tym, ze runo napawa sie wodna dyspersja kauczuku butadienowo-styrenowego, a nastepnie po odzeciu nadmiaru dyspersji mate¬ rial poddaje sie suszeniu w temperaturze 70-90°C oraz dogrzewaniu w temperaturze nie przekra¬ czajacej 130°C. Otrzymane tym sposobem wlókniny charakteryzuja sie sztywnym chwytem, a to ogranicza ich zakres zastosowania w przemysle odziezowym.Znany jest takze sposób wytwarzania wlóknin klejonych polegajacy na napawaniu runa wodna dyspersja srodków butadienowo-akrylonitrylowych, a nastepnie suszeniu w temperaturze 80-90°C i dogrzewaniu w temperaturze nie przekraczajacej 150°C. Sposób ten zapewnia otrzyma¬ nie wlókniny o miekkim chwycie, jednakze wada jest koniecznosc stosowania kosztownego srodka butadienowo-akrylonitrylowego.Sposób wytwarzania wlóknin klejonych wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze runo napawa sie dyspersja kauczuku butadienowo-styrenowego zawierajacego 4-15% wagowych, w stosunku do masy kauczuku, srodka sieciujacego w postaci oligomerów tlenku etylenu o masie czasteczkowej 400-6000. This method provides a nonwoven fabric with a soft grip, but the disadvantage is the need to use an expensive acrylonitrile-butadiene agent. The method of producing glued nonwovens according to the invention consists in the fact that the fleece is smeared with a dispersion of styrene-butadiene rubber containing 4-15% by weight in the proportion to the mass of rubber, cross-linking agent in the form of ethylene oxide oligomers with a molecular weight of 400-6000. The watered fleece is then dried at a temperature of 70-90 ° C, and then heated at a temperature of 120-130 ° C. The method according to the invention provides a non-woven fabric with a soft grip and good regularity, which is a feature necessary for many types of non-woven fabrics with large surfaces parts of clothing in the clothing industry. By using ethylene oxide oligomers of different molecular weights for the cross-linking of the carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber, nonwovens of different properties can be obtained.
