Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny zwiazany z jezdziectwem. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej spotegowanej kolorystyka znaku graficznego zapewniajacego skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych odbiorców uslug: hipoterapii, nauki jazdy konnej, organizowania imprez i szkolen teoretycznych z jezdziectwa, jazdy konnej sportowej i rekreacyjnej, transportu koni oraz równiez czyniac ich klientami w prowadzonej dzialalnosci handlowej wyrobami zwiazanymi z jezdziectwem, a takze sprzedawanymi preparatami pielegnacyjnymi oraz paszami i jako dodatki odzywkami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku od czola wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji na zbiorczym zestawieniu, i tak: Pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4, piata odmiane na fig. 5, szósta odmiane na fig. 6 i siódma odmiane na fig. 7. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia wyraz „Dikte" napisany gruba linia, malymi zdobniczymi literami z pierwsza duza litera „D", przy czym litery „k i t" sa wyzsze od pozostalych liter, a poziome ramie litery „t" zachodzi na cala szerokosc litery „e" i górne katowe ramie litery „k". Stylizowana kropka litery „i" stanowi widok boczny toczkajezdzieckiego zachodzacego nad litere „D". Na bocznej powierzchni toczka jezdzieckiego zaznaczona jest mala prostokatna bialo-czerwona flaga, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteiyzujace sie tym, ze jest identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie nad literami „k i t" elementu graficznego przedstawiajacego widok boczny galopujacego konia z sylwetka jezdzca, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze jest identyczna jak w drugiej odmianie. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word and graphic composition, enhanced by the colors of the graphic symbol, ensuring an effective impact on observers, making them potential recipients of services: hippotherapy, horse riding lessons, organizing events and theoretical training in equestrianism, sports and recreational horse riding, horse transportation, as well as turning them into customers in the commercial activity of equestrian-related products, as well as the sale of care products, feeds, and nutritional supplements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, which is also a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering in the collective list, as follows: The first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, the fourth variant in Fig. 4, the fifth variant in Fig. 5, the sixth variant in Fig. 6 and the seventh variant in Fig. 7. The first variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it presents the word "Dikte" written in a thick line, in small decorative letters with the first capital letter "D", with the letters "k and t" being higher than the other letters, and the horizontal arm of the letter "t" overlapping the entire width of the letter "e" and the upper angular arm of the letter "k". The stylized dot of the letter "i" represents a side view of a riding hat overlapping the letter "D". A small rectangular white and red flag is marked on the side surface of the riding hat, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, being identical to the first version. The distinguishing feature is the placement above the letters "k and t" of a graphic element depicting a side view of a galloping horse with a rider, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, being identical to the second version. The distinguishing feature is the upper outline on the right side of the word-graphic composition of the mark, an arc of variable line thickness, from a wider base to a thin tip, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 3). The fourth version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, being identical to the second version. The distinguishing feature is the upper outline on the left side of the word-graphic composition of the mark, an arc of variable line thickness, from a wider base to a thin tip, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 4). The fifth version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, being identical to the second version. The distinguishing feature is the placement of the word-graphic composition of the mark in the inner surface of a figure in the form of an arc-shaped upper outline closed at the bottom by a horizontal line passing under the word "Dikte", as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 5. The sixth variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it is identical to the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the placement of the word-graphic composition of the mark in the inner surface of a figure in the form of an ellipse, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 6. The seventh variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it is identical to the first variant.
