Abstract
Wielokomorowy, przepływowy sterylizator powietrza, charakteryzuje się tym, że wzdłuż osi podłużnej sterylizator podzielony jest na trzy komory: komorę zasysania, komorę sterylizacji i komorę wylotową, przy czym komora sterylizacji podzielona jest na za pomocą przegrody (5) na dwie mniejsze komory (2a i 2b), z których każda posiada własny zestaw promienników (15a i 15b), a komora wylotowa podzielona jest na dwie mniejsze komory (3a i 3b) w taki sposób, że powietrze swobodnie przepływa, z komory (2a) do komory (3a) oraz z komory (2b) do komory (3b), natomiast przegroda (5) zabezpiecza przed mieszaniem się powietrza pomiędzy komorami (2a i 2b) oraz komorami (3a i 3b), a każda z komór wylotowych (3a i 3b) posiada oddzielny wentylator wyciągowy (22a i 22b) zamocowany do ścianki (20) podczas gdy komora zasysania może pozostać niepodzielona, wspólna dla komór sterylizacyjnych (2a i 2b) lub może być podzielona na przynajmniej dwie komory (1a i 1b) w taki sposób, aby powietrze z komory (1a) po opłynięciu przesłony (10a) poprzez otwór (12a) w ściance (11a) wpłynęło do komory (2a), a powietrze z komory (1b) po opłynięciu przesłony (10b) poprzez otwór (12b) w ściance (11b) wpłynęło do komory(2b); przy czym każda komora sterylizacyjna (2a i 2b) posiada pokrywę czołową (25a i 25b), po zdjęciu których jest łatwy dostęp do promienników i komory zasilania.The multi-chamber, flow-based air sterilizer is characterized by the fact that along the longitudinal axis, the sterilizer is divided into three chambers: suction chamber, sterilization chamber and outlet chamber, the sterilization chamber is divided into two smaller chambers (2a and 2b), each of which has its own set of radiators (15a and 15b), and the outlet chamber is divided into two smaller chambers (3a and 3b) in such a way that the air flows freely from the chamber (2a) to the chamber (3a) and from the chamber (2b) to the chamber (3b), while the partition (5) protects against mixing of air between the chambers (2a and 2b) and the chambers (3a and 3b), and each of the outlet chambers (3a and 3b) has a separate exhaust fan (22a and 22b) attached to the wall (20) while the suction chamber may remain undivided, common to the sterilization chambers (2a and 2b) or may be divided into at least two chambers (1a and 1b) in such a way, that the air from the chamber (1a) after flowing around the shutter (10a) through the opening (12a) in the wall (11a) flows into the chamber (2a) and the air from the chamber (1b) after flowing around the shutter (10b) through the opening (12b) in the wall (11b) flowing into the chamber (2b); each sterilization chamber (2a and 2b) has a front cover (25a and 25b), after removing which there is easy access to the radiators and the power chamber.
