Abstract

Необмерзающее приточно-вытяжное вентиляционное устройство, содержащее корпус, встроенный в него теплообменник-рекуператор, каналы вытяжного и приточного воздуха, причем вход последнего соединен с приточным вентилятором, нагнетающим воздух с улицы внутрь помещения, трубку для отвода конденсата, отличающееся тем, что канал вытяжного воздуха проходит в рекуператоре, представляющим собой полужесткую гофрированную алюминиевую трубу сечением не менее 80 мм, выполненную в виде змеевика, расположенного между перегородками, установленными в шахматном порядке перпендикулярно к стенкам корпуса, на одной из перегородок вставлена влагообменная мембрана, канал приточного воздуха проходит в корпусе в пространстве между его стенками и наружной гофрированной поверхностью змеевика - канала вытяжного воздуха, на входе последнего расположен вытяжной вентилятор, а на выходе его - фильтр вытяжного воздуха с осадительной камерой, соединенной с трубкой для отвода конденсата, на входе канала приточного воздуха также имеется фильтр с осадительной камерой.A non-freezing supply and exhaust ventilation device containing a housing, a heat exchanger-recuperator integrated therein, exhaust and supply air channels, the input of the latter being connected to a supply fan forcing air from the street into the room, a condensate discharge pipe, characterized in that the exhaust air channel passes in a recuperator, which is a semi-rigid corrugated aluminum pipe with a cross section of at least 80 mm, made in the form of a coil located between the partitions installed in in an Ahmatic order perpendicular to the walls of the housing, a moisture exchange membrane is inserted on one of the partitions, the supply air channel passes in the housing in the space between its walls and the outer corrugated surface of the coil - the exhaust air channel, the exhaust fan is located at the inlet of the latter, and the exhaust filter is at the outlet air with a precipitation chamber connected to the condensate drain pipe, there is also a filter with a precipitation chamber at the inlet of the supply air duct.
