Технический результат от использования изобретения - снижение энергозатрат, улучшение микроклимата и упрощение технологии изготовления. Установка содержит напорные и вытяжные воздуховоды с заборными и выпускными отверстиями, корпус с патрубками, имеющими клапанные устройства, по меньшей мере один осевой вентилятор и камеру с регенеративным теплоутилизатором. В нежилых помещениях квартиры размещены корпус установки и стандартные квартирные вытяжные отверстия воздухозаборных шахт. Заборные отверстия вытяжного воздуховода размещены по меньшей мере в одной из жилых комнат или в прихожей, а впускные отверстия напорного воздуховода размещены в каждой жилой комнате. При этом конструктивные параметры, устанавливающие баланс производительности впускных и выпускных отверстий помещений квартиры, ограничены балансом воздухообмена в квартире, при котором объем приточного воздуха равен или превышает сумму объёма воздуха, удаляемого через регенеративный теплоутилизатор и вытяжные отверстия воздухозаборных шахт.The invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning with regenerative heat exchangers and can be used to create a microclimate in residential, public, administrative and industrial premises. The technical result from the use of the invention is to reduce energy consumption, improve the microclimate and simplify the manufacturing technology. The installation contains pressure and exhaust air ducts with intake and exhaust ports, a housing with nozzles having valve devices, at least one axial fan and a chamber with a regenerative heat exchanger. In the non-residential premises of the apartment the installation case and standard apartment exhaust vents of the air intake shafts are located. The intake vents of the exhaust duct are located in at least one of the living rooms or in the hallway, and the inlets of the discharge duct are located in each living room. At the same time, design parameters that establish the balance of inlet and outlet openings in the premises of an apartment are limited by the air exchange balance in the apartment, in which the supply air volume is equal to or exceeds the sum of the air volume removed through the regenerative heat exchanger and the exhaust air inlets.
