Установка содержит напорные и вытяжные воздуховоды с заборными и выпускными отверстиями, корпус с патрубками, имеющими клапанные устройства, по меньшей мере один осевой вентилятор и камеру с регенеративным теплоутилизатором. В нежилых помещениях квартиры размещены корпус установки и стандартные квартирные вытяжные отверстия воздухозаборных шахт. Заборные отверстия вытяжного воздуховода размещены по меньшей мере в одной из жилых комнат или в прихожей, а впускные отверстия напорного воздуховода размещены в каждой жилой комнате. The intake vents of the exhaust duct are located in at least one of the living rooms or in the hallway, and the inlets of the discharge duct are located in each living room. At the same time, design parameters that establish the balance of inlet and outlet openings in the premises of an apartment are limited by the air exchange balance in the apartment, in which the supply air volume is equal to or exceeds the sum of the air volume removed through the regenerative heat exchanger and the exhaust air inlets.
