Abstract
Opakowanie wyrobów spożywczych, zwłaszcza cukierniczych, o kształcie prostopadłościanu, zawierające ścianę dolną oraz połączone z nim dwie dłuższe ściany boczne, dwie krótsze ściany boczne oraz skrzydła mocujące, zaopatrzone jest w warstwę barierową składającą się z trzech warstw - zewnętrznej warstwy nadrukowanej, celulozowej warstwy wewnętrznej oraz zewnętrznej warstwy barierowej w postaci mieszaniny polimerów, którego krótsze ściany boczne (6) połączone są z prostokątnymi ścianami wzmacniającymi (7) o jednym boku nieznacznie krótszym od boków krótszych ścian bocznych (6), a ściany wzmacniające (7) połączone są ze skrzydłami mocującymi (8) w kształcie trapezów, przy czym dłuższe ściany boczne (5) połączone są z prostokątnymi ścianami wzmacniającymi (9) o jednym boku nieznacznie krótszym od boków dłuższych ścian bocznych (5), a ściany wzmacniające (9) połączone są ze skrzydłami mocującymi (10) w kształcie trapezów, a ponadto krótsze boki krótszych ścian bocznych (6) i dłuższych ścian bocznych (5) połączone są ze sobą za pomocą zakładek zabezpieczających (11) w kształcie dwóch połączonych ze sobą trójkątów.The packaging of food products, especially confectionery, cuboid, containing the bottom wall and two longer side walls connected to it, two shorter side walls and fixing wings, is provided with a barrier layer consisting of three layers - the outer printed layer, the cellulose inner layer and an outer barrier layer in the form of a polymer mixture, whose shorter side walls (6) are connected to rectangular reinforcing walls (7) with one side slightly shorter than the sides of the shorter side walls (6), and the reinforcing walls (7) are connected with fixing wings ( 8) in the shape of a trapezoid, with the longer side walls (5) connected to rectangular reinforcing walls (9) with one side slightly shorter than the sides of the longer side walls (5), and the reinforcing walls (9) are connected with fixing wings (10) ) in the shape of a trapezoid in, and also the short sides of the short side walls (6) and the longer side walls (5) are connected together by means of securing tabs (11) in the shape of two triangles joined together.
