Abstract
A packaging for a food product comprises a rectangular bag made of a polymeric film or other material suitable for foodstuff, wherein the bag is formed of two walls that are secured to each other along transverse and/or longitudinal edges to form an inner cavity intended to accommodate the product. The packaging comprises an extra empty bag that is inseparably attached to one of longitudinal edges or in the middle of one of bag walls with the product, and to maintain compactness of the packaging the walls of said bags are interconnected by appropriate detachable connecting elements.
