Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płaski pojemnik z nakrętką przeznaczony do stosowania jako opakowanie do środków pielęgnacyjnych, zwłaszcza kremów. Płaski pojemnik (1) z nakrętką (2) ma kształt walca. Górna powierzchnia ściany bocznej pojemnika (1) przechodzi w szyjkę (3) zaopatrzoną w czterowchodowy gwint (4). Odległość między sąsiadującymi zwojami (6) gwintu (4) w przekroju osiowym stanowi 28% wysokości szyjki (3) pojemnika (1). Kąt pochylenia górnej krawędzi zwoju (6) gwintu (4) pojemnika (1) wynosi 5°. Odległość między początkiem a końcem kolejnego zwoju (6) gwintu (4) wynosi 4,8 mm. Górna krawędź (9) szyjki (3) zakończona jest wypustem (10) uszczelniającym.
