Abstract
Termostatowany mechanizm cięcia udarowego składający się z obudowy wyposażonej w ściany pionowe, przy czym w górnej części obudowy znajduje się podstawa zawierająca przeciwostrze, natomiast w dolnej części znajduje się obrotowa podstawa podtrzymująca ostrza zawierająca ostrze, charakteryzuje się tym, że jest wyposażony w co najmniej sześć elementów grzejnych (11), korzystnie rezystorów elektrycznych, rozmieszczonych w następujący sposób: - co najmniej dwa rezystory grzejne (11) w obrotowej podstawie (2) podtrzymującej ostrza rozmieszczone są symetrycznie wzdłuż każdej z jej powierzchni głównych (13), równolegle do jej osi obrotu, w płaszczyźnie przechodzącej przez środek ciężkości lub w jego pobliżu; - co najmniej dwa rezystory grzejne (11) w podstawie (4) podtrzymującej przeciwostrze, rozmieszczone są symetrycznie wzdłuż każdej z jej głównych powierzchni (13) w płaszczyźnie przechodzącej przez środek ciężkości tej podstawy lub w jego pobliżu; - co najmniej dwa rezystory grzejne (11) w obudowie (5), rozmieszczone są poziomo na ścianach pionowych (8) w pobliżu płaszczyzny przechodzenia taśmy z tworzywa sztucznego i w strefie uderzenia ostrza i przeciwostrza.
