The industrial design is for an eagle-shaped bottle stopper with the outline of a map of Poland, preferably made of transparent glass. Bottle and decanter stoppers are known to come in a variety of shapes, with the most common shapes representing solids of revolution, symmetrical pyramids, and prisms. The industrial design is illustrated in a drawing depicting the stopper in a vertical orientation, with a partial view and an axial cross-section. The stopper shown in the drawing has the essential features of an industrial design: it represents an eagle 1 with spread wings, its talons 2 grasping a cylindrical cap 3, inside which is mounted a cork 4 equipped with a round flange 4a permanently connected to the bottom part of the cap 4.
