Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest emalia szklista do pokrywania wyrobów stalowych i zeliwnych, zwlaszcza do pokrywania podstawowego.Emalie szkliste uzywane sa w wielu galeziach wspólczesnej techniki do ochrony metali i stopów przed szkodliwym dzialaniem czynników korozyj¬ nych.Jednym z glównych wymagan stawianych ema¬ liom szklistym jest równoczesne uzyskanie projek¬ towanych wlasnosci uzytkowych oraz trwale po¬ laczenie z metalicznym podlozem. Emalia podsta¬ wowa spelnia funkcje warstwy posredniej, tworzac trwale wiazanie miedzy emalia kryjaca i meta¬ licznym podlozem. Znana rzecza jest ograniczona mozliwosc wpro¬ wadzenia tlenku wapnia do emalii podstawowych i kryjacych z wyjatkiem emalii pudrowych i kwa- soodpornych.Powszechnie stosowane i dotychczas zalecane w 10 15 w 25 literaturze szkliwa do sporzadzania emalii podsta¬ wowych zawieraja tlenek wapnia w ilosci ponizej 6% wagowych, wprowadzany w postaci fluorytu.(A. Najbardziej zblizone do przedstawionego szkliwa jest szkliwo podstawo¬ we na bazie boranu wapnia wg patentu ZSRR 592, 772 z dn. 24.02.78 r. zawierajace w swoim skladzie nastepujace skladniki w proporcjach wa¬ gowych: SiOf 36 — 50 A120, 3—5 NafO 11 — 19 B20, 13 — 20 NiO 1—3 CaO 10—15 Fe20« 1,5 — 6 CoO 0,2 — 0,6 Powloki emalierskie z duza zawartoscia tlenku wapnia formuja sie trudno i tworza wiele wad emaliowania.Podstawowe fizykochemiczne i technologiczne wady tego typu powlok to: |— koniecznosc nakladania powlok o zwiekszonej grubosci, — waski interwal i wysoka temperatura wypa- a lania, — slaba tekstura powloki, — mala odpornosc termiczna, 124 331124 331 — ogólnie wysoka sklonnosc do tworzenia wad gotowego wyrobu, pelem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie wymie¬ nionych wad emalierskich i poprawa fizykochemicz¬ nych wlasnosci szkliwa poprzez optymalizacje jego skladu chemicznego. Z-d 2 — 690/84 — 90 + 16 Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is vitreous enamel for coating steel and cast iron products, especially for basic coating. Vitreous enamels are used in many branches of modern technology to protect metals and alloys from the harmful effects of corrosive agents. One of the main requirements for glass enamels is simultaneous obtaining the designed utility properties and permanent connection with the metallic base. The basic enamel acts as an intermediate layer, creating a permanent bond between the covering enamel and the metallic base. Boron trioxide, introduced in an amount of 15-25% by weight, provides the aforementioned properties of the base enamel. Until now, boron trioxide has been introduced into the enamel with the use of chemical raw materials such as: crystalline borax, more rarely anhydrous borax or boric acid. Due to the shortage of chemical borax raw materials, there is a tendency to use easily available natural boron raw materials or their concentrates with an increased content of oxygen. It is known that the possibility of introducing calcium oxide into basic and opaque enamels is limited, with the exception of powdery and acid-resistant enamels. Commonly used and previously recommended in the literature 10 15 glazes for the preparation of basic enamels contain calcium oxide in the amount below 6% by weight, introduced in the form of fluorspar (AA Appen, Zararodne inorganic coatings, WNT, Warsaw 1970, p. 162). The most similar to the presented glaze is the base glaze based on calcium borate according to USSR patent 592, 772 dated February 24, 78 containing the following components in weight proportions: SiOf 36 - 50 A120, 3 - 5 NafO 11 - 19 B20, 13 - 20 NiO 1 - 3 CaO 10 - 15 Fe20 «1.5 - 6 CoO 0.2 - 0.6 Enamel coatings with a high content of calcium oxide are difficult to form and have many defects in enamel. The basic physicochemical and technological disadvantages of this type of coating are: | - the need to apply coats of increased thickness, - narrow interval and high temperature burns - cast, - poor coating texture, - low thermal resistance, 124 331 124 331 - generally high tendency to create defects in the finished product, the whole invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned enamel defects and to improve the physicochemical properties of the glaze by optimizing its chemical composition. The indicated effect is achieved by the use of a base glaze for the preparation of the base enamel, containing in its composition controlled amounts of silicon dioxide, boron trioxide, calcium oxide, alkali, titanium dioxide, cobalt and nickel binding oxides, and aluminum trioxide, manganese dioxide, oxide The glaze, and also the basic one, according to the invention, contains: Si02 B203 CaO RsO Ti02 CoO NiO A1203 Mn02 CuO F, where the glaze consists of: Si02 B2Os Al2Os Ti02 CaO R2Ó NiO CóO CuO F - 42.9% - 15.5 - 2 , 5 - 3.0 - 12.4 - 18.5 - 1.8 - 0.5 - 0.5 - 2.5 35 - 57% 12 - 18 9—14 12 - 19 0.5 - 6 0, 1 - 2 0.2 - 2 0-5 0-6 0-3 0-6 basic weight ?? Glaze melting is carried out in furnaces 10 15 28 25 30 35 40 gas or electric gases at a temperature of 1150—1200 ° C. The glaze granulation is carried out in a wet or dry process.
