Zestaw meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny zestaw meblowy, który sklada sie z kilku bryl jako czesci do dowolnego zestawienia przez uzytkownika. Znane sa zestawy meblowe o róznych ksztaltach i obrysie bryly. Nowa postac zestawu meblowego zapewnia efekt estetyczny poprzez specyficzne uksztalto- wanie zestawu z poszczególnych bryl zestawu oraz wizualne wykonczenie narozy scianek i fron- tów mebli. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach i fotografiach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zglo- szenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Meble wraz z odmianami uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - widok z góry na bryle „4+1", fig. 2 - widok z przodu na bryle „4+1", fig. 3 - widok z góry na bryly „2+4" umieszczone na plycie, fig. 4 - widok z przodu na bryly „2+4" z plyta, fig 5 - widok z góry na bryly „4+8" z regalem wielorzedowym, fig 6 - widok z przodu bryly „4+8" z regalem wielorze- dowym, fig 7 - pólke wiszaca w rzucie z góry, a fig. 8 ukazuje te sama pólke w widoku od przodu, fig. 9 - widok z przodu na bryly „3+5", fig. 10 - widok z przodu na bryly „4+5", fig. 11 - widok z przodu na bryly „3+8", fig. 12 - widok z przodu na bryly „1+4" z podstawa, fig. 13 - widok frontu I z zaokraglonymi narozami, fig. 14 - widok frontu II prostokatnego, fig. 15 - wi- dok przykladowego zestawienia bryly „2+4" z pólka wiszaca, a fot. 1 ukazuje widok bryly mebla „3+8" z wykorzystaniem frontów. Naroza maja promien 98 mm, przy czym wysokosc h bryly jednorzedowej jest wieksza od dwóch promieni narozy 1.Gladkie fronty 3 posiadaja system otwierania typu "push", jednak dla unikniecia zabrudzen powierzchni frontów 3, szczególnie widocznych na gladkich frontach 3, dodane sa male uchwyty 15. Bryla dolna 4 do postawienia na podlodze jest glebsza i posiada pyte 5 wizualnie wyznacza- jaca zasieg wielorzedowej bryly w postaci regalu 6. Mozliwe jest równiez jej zawieszenie. Czesc plytsza bryly regalu 6 zachodzi narozem na glebsza bryle dolna 4, stojaca przykladowo na podlo- dze i posiada otwarte komory 2 pólek, co jednak nie przeszkadza, aby uzytkownik niektóre za- mknal frontem 3 o wzorze pokazanym na fig. 13 i 14. Na frontach szklanych 8 naniesiona jest grafika 9, w widoczny sposób ukazujaca nanoszenie kolejnych warstwy farb na warstwie podstawowej, metoda sitodruku. Meble wykonane w postaci wzoru i jego odmian, wyznaczonych zastrzeganymi cechami istot- nymi, posiadaja swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Zestaw meblowy bryl daje duza mozliwosc kreatywnego zestawienia z wykorzystaniem pra- wie dowolnego umieszczenia frontów. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original furniture set, consisting of several pieces that can be freely arranged by the user. Furniture sets with various shapes and outlines are known. This new form of furniture set provides an aesthetic effect through the specific shaping of the set from individual pieces and the visual finishing of the corners of the walls and fronts of the furniture. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully demonstrated in drawings and photographs, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the description of the design, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the requested legal protection. Important features distinguishing all variants of the furniture set units are: - rounded corners of the 1st unit of the furniture set, with a radius from 90 mm to half the height of the compartment 2nd shelf, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and photo. 1; - smooth fronts 3, as shown in fig. 13 and fig. 14 and photo. 1; There are slight differences between the individual varieties of the furniture set shapes, which come down to the number of chambers to be completed: - the shape of variety I consists of two rows of chambers: in one row 4 chambers 2 and in row 1 shifted relative to it chamber 2, where they are of different depth, as shown in fig. and fig. 2; - the shape of variety II consists of two rows of chambers 2: in one row 2 chambers 2 with board 5 and in row 4 shifted relative to it chamber 2, where they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4; - the HI variety block consists of two interlocking blocks: in one row 4 chambers 2 and a multi-row plate with 8 chambers 2, wherein they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6; - the IV variety block has 3 chambers 2 in one row and serves as an additional shelf 14, as shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8; - the V variety block consists of two blocks: in one row 3 chambers 2 and a multi-row plate with 5 chambers 2, wherein they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 9; - the VI variety block consists of two blocks: in one row 4 chambers 2 and a multi-row plate with 5 chambers 2, wherein they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 10; - the form of variety VII consists of two forms: in one row 3 chambers 2 and a shallower multi-row one with 8 chambers 2, wherein they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 11; - the form of variety VIII consists of two rows of chambers: in one row 1 chamber 2 with plate 5 and in row 4 shifted in relation to it chamber 2, wherein they are of different depth, as shown in fig. 12; - the form of variety IX is a smooth front 3 with rounded corners, as shown in fig. 13; - the form of the X variant is a smooth rectangular front 8 with a printed graphic 9, as shown in fig. 14. As shown in the drawing figures (fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and photo 1, the furniture set consists of forms of different depths with rounded corners 1. The corners have a radius of 98 mm, and the height h of the single-row form is greater than the two radii of the corner 1. Smooth fronts 3 have a "push" opening system, however, to avoid soiling the surface of the fronts 3, which is particularly visible on the smooth fronts 3, small handles 15 are added. The lower form 4 to be placed on the floor is deeper and has a plate 5 visually defining the range of the multi-row form in the form of a shelf. 6. It can also be hung. The shallower part of the shelf unit 6 overlaps the deeper lower unit 4, standing, for example, on the floor, at a corner and has open compartments of 2 shelves, which, however, does not prevent the user from closing some of them with a front 3 with the pattern shown in Figs. 13 and 14. A graphic 9 is applied to the glass fronts 8, clearly showing the application of successive layers of paint on the base layer using the screen printing method. Furniture made in the form of a pattern and its variants, designated by registered essential features, have a unique and original appearance. The furniture set of units offers a wide range of creative combinations using almost any front arrangement. Photo 1 shows an example unit using fronts, and Fig. 15 shows an example combination of units of variants II and IV.
