Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac futeralu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia w warunkach produkcji masowej dla róznych modeli telefonów komórkowych wykonanych w ukladzie rozsuwanym, przy czym zawiera otwór lub zestaw otworów, nie uwidocznionych na rysunku, w miejscach wystepowania urzadzen stanowiacych wyposazenie konkretnego modelu tego typu telefonu komórkowego, przykladowo: mikrofonu, glosnika, lampy blyskowej, joysticka, wejscia na sluchawki, przycisków glosnosci, ladowarki, anteny itp. Futeral na telefon komórkowy wykonany w ukladzie rozsuwanym jest wykonany zwlaszcza z elastycznej dzianiny powlekanej poliuretanem, albo z irchy lub skóry, a takze w zestawieniu tych materialów oraz folii i w dowolnym kolorze.Przedmiotowy wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony w dwóch odmianach oraz uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia futeral na telefon komórkowy w widoku z tylu, fig.2- nastepny futeral na telefon komórkowy w widoku z tylu, fig.3- futeral z fig.l w widoku z przodu, fig.4- futeral z fig.l w widoku z boku, fig.5- futeral z fig.2 w widoku z przodu, a fig.6- futeral z fig.2 w widoku z boku. Futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która zawiera oslonke i otwór do przesuwania przedniego panelu telefonu komórkowego wykonanego w ukladzie rozsuwanym, przy czym w dolnej czesci tego futeralu- na jego sciankach bocznych- znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla obiektywu aparatu telefonicznego oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.4. Nastepny futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która zawiera oslonke i otwór do przesuwania przedniego panelu telefonu komórkowego wykonanego w ukladzie rozsuwanym, przy czym w dolnej czesci tego futeralu- na jego sciankach bocznych-znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 oraz od fig.5 do fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PLMobile Phone Case. A mobile phone case according to the industrial design is suitable for multiple reproduction under mass production conditions for various models of mobile phones made in a sliding arrangement, and it contains an opening or set of openings, not shown in the drawing, in places where devices are present that constitute the equipment of a specific model of this type of mobile phone, for example: a microphone, loudspeaker, flash, joystick, headphone jack, volume buttons, charger, antenna, etc. A mobile phone case made in a sliding arrangement is made in particular of flexible knitted fabric coated with polyurethane, or of chamois leather or leather, as well as a combination of these materials and foil and in any color. The industrial design in question is presented in two versions and shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mobile phone case in a back view, Fig. 2 - the next mobile phone case in a back view, Fig. 3 - the case from Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 4 - the case from Fig. 1 in a side view, Fig. 5 - the case from Fig. 2 in a front view, and Fig. 6 - the case from Fig. 2 in a side view. The mobile phone case according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of a solid similar in shape to a cuboid with rounded corners, which contains a cover and an opening for sliding the front panel of the mobile phone made in a sliding arrangement, while in the lower part of this case - on its side walls - there is a zipper, while on the rear wall there is a cover intended for the telephone camera lens and a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly called a "lanyard", as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and from Fig. 3 to Fig. 4. The next industrial design mobile phone case has the following essential features: it has the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners, which contains a cover and an opening for sliding the front panel of the mobile phone made in a sliding system, while in the lower part of this case - on its side walls - there is a zipper, while on the back wall there is a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly called a "lanyard", as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2 and from fig. 5 to fig. 6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PL
