Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wyrobu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia w warunkach produkcji masowej dla róznych modeli telefonów komórkowych, przy czym zawiera otwór lub zestaw otworów, nie uwidocznionych na rysunku, w miejscach wystepowania urzadzen stanowiacych wyposazenie konkretnego modelu tego typu telefonu komórkowego, przykladowo: mikrofonu, glosnika, lampy blyskowej, joysticka, wejscia na sluchawki, przycisków glosnosci, ladowarki, anteny itp. Z kolei futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug odmiany II ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przednia i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czym w górnej czesci tego futeralu, na jego sciankach bocznych znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla obiektywu aparatu telefonicznego i oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig.4 - 6. Natomiast futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug odmiany III ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przednia i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czymw dolnej czesci tego futeralu, na jego sciankach bocznych, znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla obiektywu aparatu telefonicznego i oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig.7 - 9. Ponadto futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug odmiany VI ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przednia i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czym w dolnej czesci tego futeralu, na jego sciankach bocznych, znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny z dwoma wodzikami, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla obiektywu aparatu telefonicznego i oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", zas na przedniej sciance znajduje sie otwór, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig.16 -18. Z kolei futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug odmiany VII ma postac biyly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przedma i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czym w dolnej czesci tego futeralu, na jego sciankach bocznych, znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 19 - 21.Natomiast futeral na telefon komórkowy wedlug odmiany VIII ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przednia i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czym w górnej czesci tego futeralu, na jego sciankach bocznych znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig.22- 24. Zastosowanie oslonki oraz zamka blyskawicznego umozliwia wprowadzenie telefonu do futeralu oraz ulatwia dostep do urzadzen stanowiacych wyposazenie kazdego modelu telefonu komórkowego, a przy tym calosc futeralu miekko i scisle opina aparat telefoniczny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia, ze futeral na telefon komórkowy ma postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem do prostopadloscianu o wyoblonych narozach, która ma przezroczysta scianke przednia i nieprzezroczysta scianke tylna, przy czym na jego sciankach bocznych znajduje sie zamek blyskawiczny, natomiast na tylnej sciance oslonka przeznaczona dla obiektywu aparatu telefonicznego i oslonka przeznaczona dla adaptera oraz oczko w ksztalcie petli do przewlekania paska zwanego potocznie „smycza". The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, reflected in its shape. The industrial design is suitable for multiple reproduction in mass production conditions for various models of mobile phones, and it contains an opening or a set of openings, not shown in the drawing, in places where devices are present that constitute the equipment of a specific model of this type of mobile phone, for example: a microphone, a loudspeaker, a flash, a joystick, a headphone jack, volume buttons, a charger, an antenna, etc. The mobile phone case is made in particular of a flexible knitted fabric coated with polyurethane, or of chamois leather or leather, as well as a combination of these materials and foil and in any color. The industrial design in question has been presented in eight of its variants and is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mobile phone case in a front view, Fig. 2 in a back view, and Fig. 3 in a side view - according to variant I, and Fig. 4 shows the mobile phone case in a side view. Furthermore, the mobile phone case according to variant VI has the form of a solid shape similar to a cuboid with rounded corners, which has a transparent front wall and an opaque back wall, while in in the lower part of this case, on its side walls, there is a zipper with two sliders, while on the back wall there is a cover intended for the phone lens and a cover intended for the adapter and a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly known as a "lanyard", and on the front wall there is a hole, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 16 -18. In turn, the mobile phone case according to variant VII has the form of a white body resembling a cuboid with rounded corners, which has a transparent front wall and an opaque rear wall, and in the lower part of this case, on its side walls, there is a zipper, while on the rear wall there is a cover intended for the adapter and a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly called a "lanyard", as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 19 - 21. In turn, the mobile phone case according to variant VIII has the form of a body resembling a cuboid with rounded corners, which has a transparent front wall and an opaque rear wall, and in the upper part of this case, on its side walls, there is a zipper. zip fastener, while on the back there is a cover intended for the adapter and a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly known as a "lanyard", as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 22-24. The use of the cover and the zipper allows you to insert the phone into the case and facilitates access to the devices included in each model of mobile phone, and at the same time the whole case softly and tightly fits the phone. The essential features of the industrial design are that the mobile phone case has the form of a shape similar to a cuboid with rounded corners, which has a transparent front wall and an opaque back wall, with a zipper on the side walls, while on the back wall there is a cover intended for the phone lens and a cover intended for the adapter, as well as a loop-shaped eyelet for threading a strap, commonly known as a "lanyard".
