Przedmiotem wynalazku jest szczeliwo do polaczen gwintowych, pracujacych w podwyzszonej temperatu¬ rze, a zwlaszcza kolumn rurowych otworów wydobywczych przy eksploatacji siarki metoda podziemnego wytapiania.Uszczelnienie czesci maszyn, a zwlaszcza polaczen gwintowych pracujacych w podwyzszonej temperaturze wymaga stosowania preparatów odpornych na temperature, wykazujacych dobra przyczepnosc, nie powoduja¬ cych korozji i ulatwiajacych rozlaczanie.Znane sa rózne kompozycje uszczelniajace oparte na bazie olejów mineralnych, jak przykladowo smary stosowane w orurowaniu otworów wiertniczych przy wydobywaniu ropy naftowej, wzglednie szczeliwa pracujace w podwyzszonej temperaturze uzyskane na bazie oleju ciezkiego, zawierajace miedzy innymi kreozyt i gwajakol.Szczeliwo to chronione polskim opisem patentowym nr 59 463 stosowane jest przy montazu glowic silników spalinowych.Stosowane tez sa preparaty uszczelniajace oparte glównie na tworzywach sztucznych formaldehydowo-fe- nolowyeh rozpuszczalnychw rozpuszczalnikach organicznych.Znane sa pasty i srhary oparte na olejach silikonowych z dodatkami takimi jak dwusiarczek molibdenu, sadza itp. i ewentualnie na róznych stabilizatorach.Wada tych szczeliw jest to, ze w podwyzszonej temperaturze ulegaja wytapianiu, twardnieja nie zapewniajac szczelnosci i/lub utrudniaja, a niekiedy uniemozliwiaja rozlaczenie podczas demontazu.Celem wynalazku jest uzyskanie szczeliwa, które zastosowane do polaczen gwintowych, pracujacych w podwyzszonej temperaturze zapewnialoby trwalosc uszczelnienia, ograniczalo lub likwidowalo korozje gwintu oraz umozliwialo latwe rozkrecanie zlacza podczas demontazu.Takie szczeliwo w postaci pasty uzyskano na bazie syntetycznych zywic termoutwardzalnych zmodyfiko¬ wanych odpowiednimi dodatkami wypelniajacymi, inhibitujacymi korozje i zmniejszajacymi wspólczynnik tarcia.
