Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób pomiaru sredniej wartosci opalowej wegla transportowanego struga ciagla w oparciu o pomiar chwilowych wartosci wilgoci i popiolu w weglu. Jednoczesnie mierzy sie mase strugi ciaglej w tych samych odcinkach czasu, a nastepnie uzyskane sredniewartosci zawartosci popiolu i wilgoci przetwarza sie elektronicznie na wartosc opalowa wegla w stosunku do masy strugi w danym przedziale czasowym. Z kolei oblicza sie srednia wazona wartosci opalowej z uzyskanych pomiarów w kolejnych odcinkach czasu. Sposób wedlug wynalazku umozliwia prowadzenie automatycznej klasyfikacji wagonów wedlug rzeczywistej jakosci wegla oraz automatyczna stabilizacje wartosci opalowej produktów wzbogaca¬ nia wegla.2 120410 Sposób wedlug wynalazku objasniono blizej w oparciu o rysunek przedstawiajacy przykladowy schemat blokowy ukladu pomiarowego sredniej wartosci opalowej wegla. Nad przenosnikiem tasmowym 4 transpor¬ tujacym wegiel do wagonu 5 umieszczonyjest popiolomierz radiometryczny 1 i wilgociomierz mikrofalowy 2.Urzadzenia te mierza w sposób ciagly chwilowe wartosci popiolu w wilgoci w weglu. Pozostale elementy ukladu wykonuja te same czynnosci jako w ukladzie opisanym wyzej.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. There is a known method of determining the average heating value of coal based on continuous measurements of ash content with a radiometric meter and moisture with a microwave and experimental meter determined between these parameters. The calorific value of a specific mass of coal is calculated on the basis of the instantaneous values of ash and moisture arithmetically averaged over constant, non-overlapping periods of time. The known method does not take into account the variability of ash and moisture content in the coal stream in relation to its mass. The instantaneous values of ash and moisture are recorded in constant time intervals, regardless of the variable mass of coal in these time intervals, as a result of which the calculated opal value as an arithmetic mean is highly error-prone. According to the invention, the method of measuring the average heating value of coal is based on the fact that measurements of moisture and ash simultaneously, in the same time intervals. At the same time, the mass of the stream is measured continuously at the same time intervals, and then the obtained average values of ash and moisture content are electronically converted into the heating value of coal in relation to the mass of the stream in a given time interval. In turn, the weighted average of the opal value is calculated from the measurements obtained in the successive time periods. In case when one of the measured parameters, for example moisture, changes to a small extent, only the ash content is measured in constant time intervals, and the mass of the stream is measured continuously at the same time. The remaining steps of the method are identical to those described above. The subject method, taking into account the variability of the mass of the carbon in the stream and using electronic processing, provides results in short time intervals and allows to reduce the measurement error. The method according to the invention allows for automatic classification of wagons according to the actual coal quality and automatic stabilization of the calorific value of the carbon enrichment products.2 120410 The method according to the invention is explained in more detail on the basis of a drawing showing an exemplary block diagram of the measuring system for the average calorific value of coal. Above the belt conveyor 4 which transports the coal to the wagon 5, a radiometric ash meter 1 and a microwave moisture meter 2 are placed. These devices continuously measure the instantaneous values of ash in the moisture in the coal. The conveyor 4 is also equipped with a belt scales 3. The instantaneous values of signals 6, 7 from ash meter 1, moisture meter 2 proportional to the measured values are transferred to the averaging systems 9, 10 where they are counted and averaged over constant the same time intervals and converted into instantaneous contents At the same time, in block 11, the pulses 8 from the balance 3 are counted, converted into mass of the coal stream moving on the conveyor 4 at the same time intervals. The output signals from blocks 9, 10 and 11 are transferred to block 12, where they are electronically converted into the fuel value of carbon in relation to the mass unit of each measuring section. The weighted average of the opal value obtained in the block is calculated in block 13, which is the output signal 14. If one of the measured parameters, most often moisture, changes to a small extent, the measuring system registers only the ash content in constant time periods and at the same time measures the mass of the carbon stream in these sections. The value of moisture is taken as a constant value, equal to its average value. The other elements of the system perform the same operations as in the system described above. Patent Claims 1.
