Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do pomiaru sily tarcia zewnetrznego materialów sypkich, a zwlaszcza zbóz o powierzchnie cierna z materialów konstrukcyjnych, jak zeliwo, stal w uzywanych na elementy urzadzen czyszczacych, sortujacych i transportujacych.Znane jest z publikacji Fiala J., Trenizemedelskych materialu, Zemedelska technika 4, 1965 urzadzenie posiadajace cierna tarcze obracajaca sie wokól osi pionowej, na powierzchni której to tarczy jest ustalona próbka badanego materialu sypkiego. Pomiar sily tarcia badanego materialu sypkiego o powierzchnie tarew dokonuje sie przy uzyciu wagi której jedno ramie polaczone jest z próbka. Poprzez wymiane ciernej tarczy dokonuje sie wyboru warunków tarcia. Pozostale parametry tarcia ustala sie przez zmiane ilosci obrotów tai c/y albo zmiane polozenia próbki przez przesuwanie jej do osi obrotu tarczy co powoduje zmiane predkosci poslizgu. Ur?edu Patentowego PLThe subject of the invention is a device for measuring the external friction force of loose materials, especially cereals against friction surfaces made of construction materials such as cast iron, steel used for elements of cleaning, sorting and transporting devices. It is known from the publication of Fiala J., Trenizemedelskych material, Zemedelska Technika 4, 1965 a device having a friction disc rotating around a vertical axis on the surface of which a sample of the bulk material to be tested is fixed. Measurement of the friction force of the tested loose material against the surface of the tarpaulins is made with the use of a balance with one arm connected to the sample. By replacing the friction disc, the friction conditions are selected. The remaining friction parameters are established by changing the number of tai c / y revolutions or by changing the position of the sample by moving it to the axis of rotation of the disc, which changes the sliding speed. The main disadvantage of this method is the uneven distribution of the sliding speed in the tested sample. Another solution is known from the publication: Stewart B. R., Hossain Q. A., Kunze O.R. and Friction Coeffi- cienta of Sorghum Grain on Steel, Tetlon and loncrete Surfaces. Transactinaof the ASAE, 1969. The machine is equipped with a disc which makes a progressive motion. The measurement of the friction force of the loose material against the disc surface is performed with a relative progressive movement under a loaded sample of the tested material placed in the container. The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty in achieving higher values of the sliding velocity on the structurally justified length of the plate. The aim of the invention was to develop a device structure meeting the condition that the measurement of the friction force was carried out with an even distribution of the sliding velocity of the tested material in contact with the surface of the friction and with the speed of the variable continuously in the range of values used for these speeds. The essence of the invention consists in equipping the device with a rotary ring with a friction pad mounted on a horizontal shaft driven by a motor. Above the ring, a container with a sample of the tested loose material is fixed by means of flat springs, forming a gap between the surface of the friction pad and the lower edge of the container, corresponding to the granulation of the tested loose material. The device, according to the invention, works by measuring the friction of the sample against the measuring ring rotating around the horizontal axis every makes it possible to obtain a continuous change of the sliding speed. The used ring allows for the measurement of the friction force in the tested material while maintaining the same sliding speed on the entire contact surface of the tested material with the surface at a given moment, i.e. at a specific circumferential speed of the ring. The change of the force value as a function of time is recorded by a recorder 9.
