The inconvenience of these devices was the low cooling speed of the plasma stream, which resulted in a significant decomposition of the reaction product. to the axis of the nozzle, at the highest point of the nozzle, most preferably at a distance of about a quarter of the length of the nozzle from the mouth of the nozzle through which water is fed to the plasma stream. The advantage of the invention is that it is possible to regulate the amount of water supplied to the streams and plasmas in a wide range. The device for freezing the reaction products usually works in the following system: cathode-nozzle-anode - device for freezing the reaction products and is shown in the longitudinal section of the figure.
