Spowodowalo to jednak znaczne rozbudowanie urzadzen pomocniczych, potrzebnych do sterowania takimi oslonami. Do górnej plyty 5 zawieszonajest przegubowo plyta dolna 6. There are known covers of the hydraulic support casing made of two parts. One of them is suspended to the canopy and lifted by a hydraulic actuator. The second buttressed part of the guard is situated on the pitted lower part, forming a fold. The height of the lower part is at least equal to the extension of the stands. A solution has already been proposed, according to the application P-214978, for a shield for a set of a mine support box, in which two articulated plates are used, constituting parts of the shield, from which the upper panel of the guard is hinged to canopy and the bottom plate is suspended from the upper plate from the casing side. The axis of the joint of the lower plate is situated below the axis of the joint of the connection with the lower plate of the hydraulic actuator, which at the other end is fixed in the canopy of the housing. The discussed solutions have the possibility of automatic adjustment of the elements of the cover depending on the height of the excavation. However, this resulted in a significant expansion of auxiliary devices needed to control such shields. Mining practice shows, however, that the height of the excavation does not change as the mining wall progresses, and therefore there is no need to change the height of the casing frequently. According to the invention, the segmented casing is made of two azure steel plates, the top of which is hinged with one edge articulated The bottom plate is articulated to the other edge of the top plate. On the side of the conveyor, the bottom plate has an articulated end of the hydraulic cylinder, the second attachment of which is suspended in a support formed near the joint connecting both plates and constituting an extension of the upper plate. sharp, the tip of which faces this housing. When the housing is fully exposed, i.e. when selecting the excavated material, the bottom plate is pressed against the upper plate by a hydraulic cylinder, and both plates are located at the extension of the tread of the housing and are held there by means of a hydraulic upper cylinder - The solution according to the invention enables the adjustment of the cover to the height of the excavation while maintaining a small distance between the chute of the belt conveyor and the free edge of the bottom plate, and setting the distance to each other for the time of the wall shooting of the exploited bed. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, showing the side view of the support casing and the cross-section of the belt conveyor The hydraulic casing 1 support to which the conveyor belt is attached 2 has a guard 4 suspended to the tread boom 3. The casing consists of two steel azure plates 5 and 6 of which the upper 5 is articulated to the canopy extension 3. The upper plate 5 suspends the bottom plate 6 is articulated on the side of the housing 1, near the joint 7 and the bottom plate 6, a shaped support 8. The support 8 is articulated with one end of the hydraulic cylinder 9, the second end of which is articulated to the bottom plate The set of joined plates 5, 6 is tilted by means of the upper hydraulic cylinder 10 connected to the upper plate 5, articulated to this plate and to the tread extension 3 of the housing, while the lower plate is pressed against the upper plate 5 by means of a related hydraulic actuator ¬ego 9. At the moment of shooting the wall of the bed, the cover 4 faces the spag 11 of the excavation and covers the casing 1 and the scraper conveyor 2, while when removing the spoil from the excavation, the cover 4 is tilted towards the canopy 3 of the support casing. Patent claim Segmented cover of the support casing with the conveyor card, which consists of two plates, the upper of which is hinged d o the arm of the casing canopy and the lower plate is articulated to the upper plate, while both plates form the arms of an acute angle in a cross-section, the top of which faces this casing, characterized in that the upper plate (5) has a near the joint (7) connecting it to the bottom plate (6), a shaped support (8) in which the actuator (9) is articulated, the second joint of which is connected to the bottom plate (6).
