The creator of the industrial design is Andrzej Zylak. The right under registration of the industrial design is valid from the date of the Statuette. The subject of the industrial design is a sculpture in the form of a statuette in the form of a pyramid permanently placed on a polygonal base, made of a durable material, preferably stone. This statuette is intended primarily for rewarding winners of various competitions, in particular for awarding distinctions in the "Silesian Halda" knowledge, expertise, and friendship competition. The essence of the design is the new form of the statuette, manifested in its shape, lines, contours, and colors, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other statuettes of this type and/or purpose. The object according to the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the first side wall of the statuette; Fig. 2 shows a view of the second side wall of the statuette; Fig. 3 shows a view of the third side wall of the statuette; Fig. 4 shows a view of the fourth side wall of the statuette, and Fig. 5 shows a view of two adjacent side walls of the statuette: the first and the second. The industrial design is also presented in multiple views and photographs for precise illustration. Known industrial designs, three-dimensional trademarks, sculptures, or statuettes in the form of a quadrangular pyramid with a square base allude in their shape and symbolism to the Egyptian pyramids, and typically, all the side walls of most such structures are flat and uniform. There is a known EU industrial design (000492152-0021) in the form of a pyramid composed of three segments, where the third segment, constituting the apex, is in the form of a pyramid with a square base. However, its side faces have openings in the form of an isosceles triangle located in the center of each face. Another known registered EU industrial design (000229646-0001) is in the form of two apexes of adjacent quadrangular pyramids, one base of which is a chess board, and the other base of the pyramid is used as a board for another game. The statuette, according to the industrial design, has the form of a spatial block, similar to a quadrangular pyramid with a square base, resembling a pyramid, with the side walls of this block not being flat, as each of them has a different motif carved on its surface: on the first side wall, in the lower left corner, there is a stylized, golden letter "R", next to which there is a symbolic representation of the entrance to the Applicant's headquarters, marked in the upper part with a golden line; the second side wall of the statuette, according to the design, has a carved symbolic image of a mine shaft with golden elements and a fragment of the power plant's cooling chimney; the third side wall has a centrally carved motif of an ear of corn, while on the fourth wall, an element of the dome of the town hall tower is visible. The entire block is dark brown and has uneven side edges due to the smooth transition of carved motifs from one side wall to the next. Each side of the statuette, according to the design, has a different symbolism: the first represents the Applicant's seat; the second - industry; the third - agriculture, and the fourth - the city of Rybnik. The three-dimensional solid in the form of a pyramid, its base is permanently attached to a plinth in the form of a polygon made of a durable material, preferably light stone, wherein one of the longer sides of the plinth is inclined generally at an acute angle to the lower surface of the polygon and generally at an obtuse angle to the upper surface, which causes the upper surface of the plinth to be smaller than its lower surface. This longer side of the plinth is used to place, for example, information plaques. The said longer wall of the pedestal serves to place, for example, information plaques on it (drawing fig. 2; fig. 4; fig. 5 and photos 2; 4 and 5); 11. the pedestal of the statuette is beige (photos).
