Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt przeznaczony do przenoszenia trumny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w materiale uzytym do wykonania uchwytu, w ksztalcie uchwytu oraz w fakturze powierzchni uchwytu. Uchwyt wykonany jest w postaci bryly z jednolitego kawalka drewna, posiada w srodkowej czesci rekojesc, po obu stronach rekojesci ma podstawy w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o krótszej podstawie dolnej, przy czym w widoku z przodu zewnetrzna górna strona rekojesci ma ksztalt odcinka linii prostej przechodzacej w obu koncach w linie lukowe stanowiace górne podstawy trapezów i nastepnie jako ramiona boczne trapezu skierowane skosem w dól w strone wewnetrzna uchwytu, a wewnetrzna strona dolna uchwytu na dlugosci rekojesci jest odcinkiem linii prostej przechodzacej w obu koncach w strone dolu w linie hakowe, zas w widoku z góry uchwyt ma ksztalt prostokata, poza tym na powierzchniuchwytu widoczne sa sloje drzewa z którego wykonany jest uchwyt, a w odmiennym wykonaniu powierzchnia uchwytu pokryta jest lakierem zaslaniajacym sloje drzewa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku w dwóch odmianach, na którym fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - przedstawiaja uchwyt w widoku z przodu, z góry i z boku z widocznymi na powierzchni slojami drzewa, a fig. 4 - widok uchwytu z przodu z powierzchnia pokryta lakierem zaslaniajacym sloje drzewa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Uchwyt wykonany jest w postaci bryly z jednolitego kawalka drewna, posiada w srodkowej czesci rekojesc, po obu stronach rekojesci ma podstawy w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o krótszej podstawie dolnej, przy czym w widoku z przodu zewnetrzna górna strona rekojesci ma ksztalt odcinka linii prostej przechodzacej w obu koncach w linie lukowe stanowiace górne podstawy trapezów i nastepnie jako ramiona boczne trapezu skierowane skosem w dól w strone wewnetrzna uchwytu, a wewnetrzna strona dolna uchwytu na dlugosci rekojesci jest odcinkiem linii prostej przechodzaca w obu koncach w strone dolu w linie lukowe, zas w widoku z góry uchwyt ma ksztalt prostokata, poza tym na powierzchni uchwytu widoczne sa sloje drzewa z którego wykonany jest uchwyt, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig 3. 2. The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from 10.10 U.IOOB. The subject of the industrial design is a handle intended for carrying a coffin. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the material used to make the handle, the shape of the handle, and the surface texture of the handle. The handle is made in the form of a solid piece of wood, it has a handle in the middle part, on both sides of the handle it has bases in the shape similar to a trapezium with a shorter lower base, wherein in the front view the outer upper side of the handle has the shape of a straight line segment passing at both ends into arc lines constituting the upper bases of the trapezoids and then as side arms of the trapezoid directed diagonally downwards towards the inner side of the handle, and the inner lower side of the handle along the length of the handle is a straight line segment passing at both ends downwards into hook lines, while in the top view the handle has the shape of a rectangle, in addition, the grain of the wood from which the handle is made is visible on the surface of the handle, and in a different version the surface of the handle is covered with varnish covering the grain of the tree. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing in two versions, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 - show the handle in front, top and side views with tree rings visible on the surface, and Fig. 4 - front view of the handle with a surface covered with varnish covering the tree rings.
