Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt przeznaczony do przenoszenia trumny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w materiale uzytym do wykonania uchwytu, w ksztalcie uchwytu oraz w fakturze powierzchni uchwytu. The industrial design registration right is valid from 10.I1.10DQ.... The subject of the industrial design is a handle designed for carrying a coffin. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the material used to make the handle, the shape of the handle, and the surface texture of the handle. The handle is made in the form of a solid piece of wood, it has a handle in the middle part, and bases on both sides of the handle, wherein in the front view the outer upper side of the handle together with the bases has the shape of a fragment of an arc of a circle, and the inner lower side has a shape close to an ellipse, while in the top view the handle has a shape close to a rectangle, in addition, on the surface of the handle there are visible grains of the tree from which the handle is made, or the surface of the handle is covered with a varnish covering the grain of the tree. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in two versions, in which fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 - show the handle in the front, top and side view with the grain of the tree visible on the surface, and fig. 4 - front view of the handle with the surface covered with a varnish covering the grain wood.
