Abstract

1. The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of those portions of the Cart Handle shown and marked in solid lines in the attached drawings. The other parts of the Cart Handle that are not part of the design appear in stippled lines in the attached drawings. The extensions marked by stippled lines at the ends of each horizontal member in Figures 1 to and including 8:a. are of indefinite length and are intended to demonstrate that such horizontal members are of indefinite length; andb. while the horizontal members of indefinite length are claimed as a feature of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the Cart Handle, the bold sinusoidal lines and the said extensions marked by stippled lines at the ends of each horizontal member in the said Figures 1 to and including 8, are not.The pattern appearing on the said horizontal members is being repeated throughout the said horizontal members which are of indefinite length.2. Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 show the following; namely:a. Figure 1 is a front right perspective view of the Cart Handle;b. Figure 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;c.
