The design is the shape and configuration of the COMBINATION BRUSH AND SPATULA as shown in the drawings.Drawings of the design are included.In the drawings:Fig. 1 is a three-quarter perspective view from below and to one side of the COMBINATION BRUSH AND SPATULA in accordance with said Industrial Design;Figs. 2 and 3 are front and rear elevational views respectively;Fig. 4 is a top plan view;Fig. 5 is an elevational view from the left hand side in Fig. 4;Fig. 6 is a bottom plan view; and,Fig. 7 is an elevational view from the right hand side in Fig. 4.
