In tropical countries, due to the high temperature of the atmosphere and the large impact of heat from the environment to the mill, the use of this method will be associated with a corresponding increase in the consumption of CO2 or N, which will reduce the economic effects of ground production The aim of the present invention is a technical solution which will make it possible to maintain the consumption of said gases at the current level or even to reduce it partially by applying artificial cooling of the gas stream returning from the cyclone to the mill. This aim was achieved by building a coal mine. a bar of suitable design to the connecting pipe about a cyclone with a mill. The process of taking heat from CO2 or N is carried out in such a way that the gas returning from the cyclone passes through the evaporator, with its external surface covered with a cold jacket. In the CO2 or N evaporator, it cools down to a temperature below the ambient temperature. The cooling of the surface of the evaporator is achieved by the evaporation of the refrigerant, e.g. freon, at a temperature significantly lower than 0X1, which allows the heat to flow from the CO2 hub N stream to the refrigerant vapor produced. The heat collected in the evaporator is discharged to the atmosphere by means of a known aggregate. condenser, connected by liquid and steam lines to the evaporator. The operation of the chiller and, at the same time, the refrigerant evaporation process is controlled by a thermoregulator, the sensor of which is built into the outflow conduit from the mill. At the same time, the electric pulses of the thermoregulator control the operation of the condensing unit drive motor. The advantage of the method of cooling the disk-hammer mill according to the invention is that the temperature of its interior can be kept sufficiently low even with very limited consumption of CO2 or N, especially in tropical climates. , and in countries not producing CO2 or N, it has significant economic importance. The method according to the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing schematically showing the mill and its interior cooling device. An evaporator 2 of an appropriate design is mounted to the pipe 1, through which flows a stream of hot CO2 or N gas returning from the cyclone 3 to the mill 4 and due to the evaporation of a liquid refrigerant, e.g. freon, in the evaporator 2, at a much lower temperature from 0 ° C the gas stream is cooled on the cold walls of the evaporator 2. The heat collected by the evaporating freon is discharged to the atmosphere using the known condensing unit 5 connected with the liquid 6 and steam 7 with the evaporator 2. The freon evaporation process is controlled by by means of a thermoregulator 8 with a sensor built into the conduit 9 and electrically connected to the motor of the condensing unit 5, the movement of which determines the heat exchange between the gas stream and the atmosphere. At the same time, to reduce thermal losses due to the penetration of heat from environment, the surface of the evaporator 2 is insulated with a lagging 11 made of cold-insulating material. Patent procedure The method of cooling a disk-hammer mill, especially for sulfur, according to the patent No. 80516, characterized in that the hot gas stream returning from the cyclone (3) to the mill (4) passes through a fuel installed in the pipe (1). equator (2) with a cover (11), in which it is cooled with a refrigerant, and the heat collected by the evaporating refrigerant is discharged to the atmosphere through a condensing unit (5) connected by liquid (6) and steam (7) lines with evaporator (2), the refrigerant evaporation process being controlled by a thermoregulator (8) with a sensor built into the conduit (9) and connected to the condensing unit motor (5). w & jmm »7 5 fc i a ll! l! ^ JlUJl ^ i4 ^^ RSW Z.G.
