PLThe patent description was published: October 30, 1982 CZY1ELN1A of the Patent L-? Du Creators of the invention: Michal Dolinski, Zdzislaw Prus, Henryk Stypulkowski Authorized by the provisional pateata: Biuro Projektowo-Badacyjne General Building "Miastoprojekt-Bialystok", Bialystok (Poland) Manufacturing method in continuous motion battery molds and continuous motion battery molds for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete ceiling slabs The invention relates to a method of manufacturing prefabricated reinforced concrete ceiling slabs with mounting sockets and to adapting a continuous-motion battery form for this purpose. the necessity to temporarily stabilize the external and internal walls with the use of assembly struts, until these elements are permanently connected to the structure of the building being erected, assembly struts are attached at one end to the panel to be installed, and the other end directly to the gutter Mounting socket in the ceiling plate or indirectly to the mounting bracket anchored in this socket. Manufactured in battery molds of continuous motion, prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs do not have mounting sockets for anchoring the struts. These sockets are replaced with holes drilled in the ceiling panels at the construction site or, in extreme cases, the building is assembled from wall panels stabilized with a crane that feeds the structural elements of the building. Making holes and making holes in reinforced concrete ceiling slabs is cumbersome and at the same time labor-intensive. The assembly of these boards with the use of a crane for stabilization purposes is unacceptable. The object of the invention is to eliminate the above-indicated disadvantages by developing a method and a mold for obtaining mounting seats during the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs in continuous motion battery molds. According to the invention, the aim was achieved by the use of detachable, experimentally fixed inserts forming assembly seats on the form diaphragms, which enable the vertical removal of the reinforced concrete ceiling slabs produced in these forms. The method of manufacturing the ceiling slabs according to the invention consists in the fact that on the partition, on a solid battery wedge, The inserts are separately placed by inserting a steel rod into their curved recess and then connected with the panel reinforcement mesh. After removing the created CD from the mold, remove the insert from it. The continuous-motion battery mold for the production of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs according to the invention comprises, on each partition, two or more solid wedge-shaped catches directed upwards onto which inserts are detachably seated, forming a wedge-shaped mounting slot with a convex indentation. These inserts on the side of contact with the mold, in the upper part have hooks stabilizing them after putting them on the wedge catch, and below - a support with a cut-out in order to facilitate the removal of the insert of the manufactured board. 1 shows a fragment of the vertical cross-section of the battery mold, inserted separately on the partition of the insert2 115170 showing its interior and the connection with the reinforcement mesh of the ceiling slab of the assembly socket, and Fig. 2 - view of the insert from the side adjacent to the mold partition. On the battery mold partition 1 at a distance of 1.3 m, from its upper edge there are permanently attached wedge catches 2 for detachable fastening of the inserts 3, forming the mounting seats in the reinforced concrete ceiling plate 8 produced. The inserts 3 have the form of a properly elongated wedge with a convex indent 4 on a steel rod 5 connected to the plate reinforcement mesh. On the side adjacent to the mold partition 1, the inserts 3 have a stabilizing catch 6 and a bracket 7 with a cut-out for removing the insert 3 from the produced slab 8. After placing the reinforcement, the future reinforced concrete ceiling slab 8 in battery form, on its partition are hung on wedge catches 2 inserts 3 A properly bent steel rod 5 * is inserted into the curved recess 4 of the insert 3, which is connected to the reinforcement mesh of the slab 8. After the mold is filled and fixed with concrete, the reinforced concrete floor slab 8 is lifted out of the mold in a vertical position, including the insert 3 embedded in the concrete. Then, the insert 3 is removed from the plate 8 with the help of a crowbar placed in the cutout of the support 7, acting as a lever, and the remaining concrete is hammered with a hammer. PL
