During the assembly of objects made of large-sized reinforced concrete elements, there is a technological necessity for temporary stabilization of external and internal walls using assembly struts, until these elements are permanently connected to the structure of the building being erected, the assembly struts are attached with one end to the plate being assembled and with the other directly to the assembly socket in the ceiling slab or indirectly to the assembly holder anchored in this socket. Prefabricated reinforced concrete ceiling slabs manufactured in continuous-motion battery molds do not have assembly sockets for anchoring the struts. These sockets are replaced by holes drilled in the ceiling slabs on the construction site or, in extreme cases, the object is assembled from wall slabs stabilized by a crane feeding the building's structural elements. Making and mixing holes with concrete in reinforced concrete ceiling slabs is troublesome and laborious. The assembly of these plates using a crane for stabilization purposes is inadmissible. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences by developing a method and a form for obtaining assembly sockets during the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs in continuous battery molds. According to the invention, the set goal was achieved by using detachable, experimentally established inserts on the diaphragms of the mold, forming assembly sockets that allow for vertical removal of reinforced concrete floor slabs produced in these molds. The method of producing floor slabs according to the invention consists in that on the partition of the battery mold, on permanent wedge-shaped catches, inserts are detachably placed, introducing a steel rod into their rounded notch, which is then connected to the plate reinforcement mesh. After removing the manufactured plate from the mold, the insert is removed from it. The continuous-motion battery mold for manufacturing reinforced concrete floor slabs according to the invention contains two or more fixed wedge-shaped catches directed upwards on each partition, on which the inserts are releasably mounted, forming assembly sockets in the form of a wedge with a rounded indentation. These inserts have catches on the side adjacent to the form, in the upper part, which stabilize them after being put on the wedge catch, and lower - a support with a cut-out in order to facilitate the removal of the insert from the manufactured plate. The subject of the invention is presented in an example of its implementation in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a fragment of the vertical cross-section of a battery form with an insert 2 115170 releasably mounted on the partition, showing its interior and connection with the reinforcing mesh of the ceiling plate of the mounting socket, and Fig. 2 - a view of the insert from the side adjacent to the mold partition.
