Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stal szybkotnaca wolfra¬ mowo-molibdenowa .Znane stale szybkotnace wolframowo-molibdenowe zawieraja najczesciej wagowo 0,8-1,0% C, okolo 6% W i okolo 5% Mo. Przykladowo, stal szybkotnaca wolframo¬ wo-molibdenowa wedlugpolskiej normy PN-77/H-85022 wagowo: C = 0, 82-0,92%, Mndo 0,4%, Si do 0,5%, Pdo 0,03%, S do 0,03%, Cr= 3,8-4,8%, Ni do 0,4%, W = 6,7-7,0%, Mo = 4,5-5,5% i V= 1,7-2,2%.Celem wynalazku bylo zwiekszenie trwalosci narzedzi wyprodukowanych ze stali szybkotnacej wolframowo- molibdenowej.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze do stali zawieraja¬ cej wagowo C= 0,8-1,0%, Mn do 0,4%, Si do 0,5%, P do 0,03%, S do 0,03%, Cr = 3,8-4,8%, Ni do 0,4%, W = 6,0-7,0%, Mo = 4,5-5,5%, V=t,7-2,2%, reszta zelazo i nieuniknione zanieczyszczenia, wprowadzono Zr = 0,02-0,15%, Nb = 0,02-0,25%, Ti do 0,25% i N2 do 0,05%.Wprowadzenie powyzszych skladników do stali szyb¬ kotnacej wolframowo-molibdenowej pozwala na pod¬ wyzszenie temperatury i czasu austenizacji i zwiazane z tym zwiekszenie rozpuszczenia weglików w osnowie, bez rozrostu ziarn. W wyniku tego otrzymuje sie stal szyb¬ kotnaca nadajaca wytworzonym z niej narzedziem, po zahartowaniu i odpuszczeniu, duza odpornosc na odpuszczanie okreslona wedlug normy polskiej PN-74/H-93012, a w zwiazku z tym i duza trwalosc.Przyklad. Wykonano wytop zawierajacy wagowo C =0,9%, Mn = 0,3%, Si = 0,3%, P=0,03%, S =0,02%, Cr = 4,0%, Ni = 0,l%, W = 6,3%, Mo = 5,l%, V= 1,9%, Zr= 0,04%, Nb = 0,14%, Ti = 0,08%, N2 = 0,01%. Zro¬ bione z tej stali próbki wykazaly po zahartowaniu z temperatury 1230°C i dwukrotnym odpuszczeniu w tem¬ peraturze 560°C przez 90 minut twardosc HRc = 63,5, a po nastepnym odpuszczaniu w temperaturze 620°Cprzez 4 godziny twardosc HRc = 62,0.Zastrzezenie patentowe Stal szybkotnaca wolframowo-molibdenowa zawiera¬ jaca wagowo wegla od 0,8 do 1,0%, manganu do 0,4%, krzemu do 0,5%, fosforu do 0,03%, siarki do 0,03%, chromu od 3,8 do 4,8%, niklu do 0,4%, wolframu od 6,0 do 7,0%, molibdenu od 4,5 do 5,5%, wanadu od 1,7 do 2,2%, reszta zelazo i nieuniknione zanieczyszczenia, znamienia tym, ze zawiera wagowo cyrkonu oó 0,02 do 0,15%, niobu od 0,02 do 0,25%, tytanu do 0,25% i azotu do 0,05%.
