Celem niniejszego wynalazku jest uzyskanie wydaj¬ nego urzadzenia do ciaglego automatycznego porcjowa¬ nia materialów sypkich i drobnych elementów majacego duza dokladnosc wazenia. Wytyczony cel realizuje pólautomat wazacy do materialów sypkich wedlug wyna¬ lazku, w którym dwa pojemniki sa zamocowane na obro¬ towej ramie wspólnie z przeciwciezarem charakteryzuja¬ cym sie ruchomym srodkiem ciezkosci, przy czym na wspólnej osi obrotowej ramy z pojemnikami i przeciwcie¬ zaru umieszczone sa krzywki sterujacei mikrowylaczniki uruchamiajace i wylaczajace podajnik wibracyjny.Pólautomat wazacy wedlug wynalazku jest przedsta¬ wiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na któr\m fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawia pólautomat w trzech rzutach prostopadlych, a lig. There are devices for continuous automatic dosing and weighing of loose materials, in which a feeder with a flat rubber band moving on the roller sets and weighing is performed by a lever system transmitting the pressure force to one of the roller sets to a magnetostrictive type electrical sensor. These devices are applicable to granular bulk materials dosed in large amounts, which do not require too much accuracy. Moreover, when using flat tape, the use of the weighing apparatus described is limited to granular materials only, since other small items require containers for weighing. In the metal industry, the finished product in the form of washers, screws, etc. is packaged in portions of a specific weight. Until now, the weighing of prepackaged portions of products is carried out on tilting scales, the low efficiency of which, with manual operation, reduces the efficiency of the line for packing ready-made products. weighing. The aim is achieved by a semi-automatic weighing machine for loose materials according to the invention, in which two containers are mounted on a rotating frame together with a counterweight characterized by a movable center of gravity, while on the common axis of the rotating frame with containers and counterweight are placed control cams and microswitches for activating and deactivating the vibratory feeder. The weighing semiautomatic according to the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show the semiautomatic in three perpendicular views, and FIG. 4 - cross-section AA through a counterweight with a movable center of gravity. is a counterweight 5 with a reservoir 6 in which there is a liquid overflowing depending on the position of the counterweight 5 from one part to another, like a filler in the so-called hourglass. The purpose of the use of a counterweight with an hourglass tank is to obtain a moving center of gravity in the countertread. This goal can be achieved by placing guides with a movable cylindrical weight in the countertread. hopper. The operation of the semi-automatic weighing machine according to the invention is as follows. The container 6 of the weight 5 is filled with a liquid, for example mercury, in an amount corresponding to the predetermined portion. Switching on the feeder 10 causes the filling of the container 4 located under the hopper. As a result of the increased weight of the container, the mercury moves from one part of the container 6 to the other, and as a result, the frame 2 rotates, placing the second container 4 under the hopper - ..¦! ¦ *** -. at the same time, the dispensing material from the first container spills into the container provided. During the rotation of the frame 2, the vibrator U is switched off by means of a jermace-cam. The next switching on of the vibtatp ^ i,} 1; and they repeated: the cycle takes place after the system returns to equilibrium. l i i Za s already re & .Z en i a patent 1.
