Description

Bezstykowy czujnik szynowy wedlug wynalazku umozliwia doprowadzenie do czujnika kabla o mniejszej liczbie zyl w stosunku do rozwiazania wedlug patentu nr 97 518.Przedmiot wynalazku zostanie blizej przedsta¬ wiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku przed¬ stawiajacym czujnik szynowy w rzucie aksono- metrycznym. Podczas prze¬ jazdu kola pojazdu szynowego zmienia sie prze- nikalnosc magnetyczna rdzenia 1 w miejscu prze¬ wezenia na skutek zjawiska nasycenia magnetycz¬ nego. Cena 45 zl.Druk WZKart. 1-5030 PLThe subject of the invention is a contactless rail sensor, especially for an electronic axle counter. The contactless rail sensor known from the Polish patent description No. 97 518 has a core of ferromagnetic material, open or closed, having one or more leads, where it occurs most strongly. the phenomenon of changes in magnetic permeability as a result of changes in the magnetic field intensity caused by the passing of the wheel. At least two windings are placed on the core: transmitting, supplied from an alternating current generator and receiving, which is connected to the circuit detecting changes in the amplitude or wave of the signal The disadvantage of the presented solution is the necessity to supply the signal supplying the transmitting coil with two wires and the reception of the signal from the receiving coil also with two wires, which requires four wires to be connected to the sensor, and in the case where one wire is common - three wires. In the case of a greater distance of the sensor from the transmitting and receiving systems, such a solution is expensive. The essence of the solution according to the invention consists in replacing the transmitting and receiving windings according to patent No. 97 518 with at least one winding connected to the circuit detecting changes in inductance due to changes in magnetic permeability, during the passage of a wheel of a rail vehicle in the vicinity of the sensor. The contactless rail sensor according to the invention makes it possible to lead to the sensor a cable with a smaller number of wires in relation to the solution according to the patent No. 97 518. The subject of the invention will be presented in more detail in the example of the embodiment in the drawing presenting rail sensor in axonometric projection. The closed core 1 made of perforated metal sheet is placed in the magnetic field created by four magnets 2. The core has a notch 3t on which the winding 4 is placed, connected to the inductance change detection system 5.-When there is no near the sensor wheel of the rail vehicle, the inductance of winding 4 does not change. The inductance change detection system 5 is a resonant circuit, the element of which is the sensor winding 4. During the travel of a rail vehicle wheel, the magnetic conductivity of the core 1 changes at the point of the transition due to the phenomenon of magnetic saturation. A change in this inductance causes a change in the vibration frequency of the resonant circuit. Patent claim A contactless rail sensor, especially for an electronic axle counter, having a magnetic ferrocarbon core with at least one passage placed in the field of a permanent magnet assembly according to patent no. 97 518, characterized in that at least one winding connected to the circuit detecting changes in inductance is placed in the core slit.
