These bumpers have the effectiveness of counteracting the impact of the force exerted by the weight of the car-dumper moving with minimum speed achieved after the earlier braking of the car on the access track. During the reloading of ingots, the transporting dumper-truck. the ingot rests against the bumper after reaching the receiving roller track. Such a solution requires limiting the driving speed of the tipper truck to about 0.5 m / sec before reaching the receiving roller table. In the event of a failure in the system limiting the speed of travel of the dumper-dumper, the damage of the engine occurs as a consequence of the impact of the dumper-dumper with excessive speed. In practice, the most common is the use of speed limitation on a tipper, leading to a reduction in transport efficiency. On the other hand, in order to increase the efficiency of the known devices, additional equipment is additionally used, for example, by supplementing it with gripper sliders supporting the transport with a full-tipper. The object of the invention was to develop such a construction of a set of transporting devices "ingots, which occupy the smallest possible surface, while at the same time effectively protecting the assumed stationary roller table against damage in the event of a high impact force. solved, according to the invention, in such a way that the roller table receiving from the ingot feeding side is built with separate buffers located at the front of the roller table, with the effectiveness of counteracting the force impact caused by the weight of the truck-dumper moving with the maximum allowable speed, while between the buffers on the track located on the track. Along the axis of the receiving roller table there is an additional receiving roller table, an intermediate roller, connecting the receiving roller table with the car - it is advantageous if the receiving roller table has hydraulic buffers located along the roller table. The device set according to the invention protects the receiving roller table against damage m in the event of a collision with a bogie-dumper in the event of a failure of the bogie braking system. Thanks to this, the trolley can be operated at the maximum speed of travel, securing the rolling cycle without supporting the work of the trolley by overhead cranes.
