The bottle-shaped vessel is characterized by a cylindrical body closed at the bottom and tapering to a long, narrow neck. Bottle necks are cylindrical or have more refined shapes with constrictions or elements in the form of glass bubbles placed in the lower or middle part of the neck. A bottle, a glass vessel, according to the industrial design, consists of a body and a narrow neck, where the body is in the shape of a solid of revolution closed at the bottom and tapering conically at the top so that the open mouth of the bottle (neck) has a significantly smaller diameter than the body, with the body of this vessel having a shape similar to a teardrop. The bottle can have many variations. In industrial design variations, the bottle's neck may be cylindrical or truncated cone-shaped, with the smaller cone diameter at the bottle's body and the larger diameter constituting the outlet. The neck may be of a fixed length or reduced to a outlet at the end of the body. In a bottle that is the subject of an industrial design, the neck may terminate in a plane parallel to the bottom of the bottle or at an angle to the bottom. In industrial design variations, the neck may terminate in a collar. The bottle's body is a solid of revolution and, depending on the industrial design variation, may have a shape similar to a teardrop. The bottle may be made of colorless or colored glass. The surface of the bottle may be decorated with ornaments applied during its manufacture or with ornaments applied to the finished industrial design by sanding, painting, gluing decorative elements, or similar decorative techniques.
