Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wazonów szklanych o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu butelki z naniesiona charakterystyczna i oryginalna zdobina. Naczynie w formie butelki charakteryzuje sie korpusem w ksztalcie walca zamknietego od dolu i zwezajacego sie w waska dluga szyjke .Szyjki butelek maja ksztalt walca lub ksztalty bardziej finezyjne z przewezeniami lub elementami w postaci baniek szkla umieszczanych w dolnej lub srodkowa czesci szyjki. Zestaw wazonów - zestaw naczyn szklanych , wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, sklada sie z trzech wazonów, przy czym kazdy zbudowany jest z korpusu i waskiej szyjki , gdzie korpus ma ksztalt bryly obrotowa zamknieta u dolu a u góry stozkowato zwezajacej sie tak, ze otwarty wylot wazonu - szyjka ma znacznie mniejsza srednice niz srednica korpusu , przy czym korpus tego naczynia ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu kropli. Na powierzchni kazdego wazonu naniesiona jest zdobina w postaci powierzchni z bezbarwnego szkla-„okienek"- na tle barwnej powierzchni wazonu. Wnetrze wazonów stanowiacych zestaw , poza powierzchniami okienek, jest biale a zewnetrzna powierzchnia korpusu wazonów stanowiacych zestaw jest barwna i w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru przemyslowego moze byc czerwona , zielona , niebieska lub w dowolnym innym kolorze oczywiscie za wyjatkiem powierzchni „okienek", które sa bezbarwne. Ksztalt okienek jest czesciowo uzalezniony od ksztaltu korpusu , ale „okienka" maja ksztalt owalu , bardziej lub mniej regularnego zwezajacego sie u podstawy i ku szyjce wazonu , rozszerzonego w srodkowej czesci korpusu wazonu. Ilosc okienek na powierzchni korpusu wazonu moze byc parzysta lub nieparzysta, przy czym zestaw tworza wazony z jednakowa liczba okienek na kazdym wazonie lub w odmianie wzoru przemyslowego dwa wazony z parzysta iloscia okienek na powierzchni korpusu i jeden z nieparzysta iloscia okienek na powierzchni korpusu.Wazony tworzace zestaw moga miec wiele odmian. W odmianach wzoru przemyslowego szyjki wazonów tworzacych zestaw moga miec ksztalt walca , lub stozka scietego , przy czym mniejsza srednica stozka znajduje sie przy korpusie wazonu, a wieksza stanowi otwór wylotowy. The bottle-shaped vessel features a cylindrical body closed at the bottom and tapering to a long, narrow neck. The bottle necks are cylindrical or more elaborate, with constrictions or elements in the form of glass bubbles placed in the lower or middle section of the neck. A set of vases - a set of glass vessels, according to an industrial design, consists of three vases, each constructed of a body and a narrow neck, where the body has the shape of a solid of revolution closed at the bottom and tapering conically at the top so that the open mouth of the vase - the neck - has a much smaller diameter than the diameter of the body, and the body of this vessel has a shape similar to the shape of a teardrop. The surface of each vase is decorated in the form of a surface of colorless glass - "windows" - against the background of the colored surface of the vase. The interior of the vases constituting the set, apart from the window surfaces, is white, while the outer surface of the body of the vases constituting the set is colored and, depending on the type of industrial design, may be red, green, blue or any other color, of course, except for the "window" surfaces, which are colorless. The shape of the windows is partially dependent on the shape of the body, but the "windows" have the shape of an oval, more or less regular, narrowing at the base and towards the neck of the vase, widening in the central part of the body of the vase. The number of windows on the surface of the vase body can be even or odd, with the set consisting of vases with the same number of windows on each vase, or in a variant of the industrial design, two vases with an even number of windows on the surface of the body and one with an odd number of windows on the surface of the body. The vases comprising the set can have many variations. In variants of the industrial design, the necks of the vases forming the set can be cylindrical or truncated cone-shaped, with the smaller diameter of the cone being at the body of the vase, and the larger diameter constituting the outlet. The necks can be of a fixed length or reduced to a outlet opening at the top of the body.
