Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik zapachowy, przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim substancji zapachowych, odswiezajacych powietrze. . . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, ukladzie linii, nadajace pojemnikowi nowy, niepowtarzalny wyglad o walorach estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku czolowym w postaci zlozonej, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku z gory, fig.3 przedstawia stozkowa przykrywke i naczynie na substancje zapachowa z azurowa nakladka w widoku z góry, a fig.4 - pojemnik rozlozony na czesci w widoku z góry. Pojemnik zapachowy wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z naczynia na substancje zapachowa, bedacego podstawa pojemnika, nakladki i przykrywki. Naczynie, posiadajace w górnej czesci otwór z kolnierzem oraz wyciecie w bocznej scianie, o srednicy równej srednicy podstawy przykrywki, stanowi okolo 1/3 wysokosci pojemnika, zas pozostala czesc stanowi przykrywka. Wszystkie elementy pojemnikamaja przekrój kolowy, ale o róznych srednicach. Przykrywka posiada spiralne wyciecie, które ma poczatek w strefie wierzcholka stozka, a koniec w poblizu jej styku z podstawa pojemnika i podzielone jest trzema liniami biegnacymi od poczatku spirali w górnej czesci przykrywki ku jej dolowi. Na otworze naczynia usytuowana jest okragla nakladka z kolistymi, równoleglymi wycieciami, przedzielonymi na cztery równe czesci za pomoca prostopadlych linii. The subject of the ornamental design is a fragrance container intended for containing air-freshening fragrances. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and line arrangement, giving the container a new, unique appearance with aesthetic value. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a frontal view in its folded form, Fig. 2 - the container in a top view, Fig. 3 - the conical lid and fragrance container with an openwork cover in a top view, and Fig. 4 - the container disassembled in a top view. The fragrance container, according to the design, is characterized by its composition: a container for the fragrance substance, which serves as the container's base, a cap, and a lid. The container, with a flanged opening in its upper part and a cutout in its side wall, with a diameter equal to the diameter of the lid's base, constitutes approximately one-third of the container's height, while the remaining portion comprises the lid. All the container elements have a circular cross-section, but with different diameters. The lid has a spiral cutout that begins at the cone's apex and ends near its contact with the container's base, divided by three lines running from the beginning of the spiral at the top of the lid to its bottom. A circular cap with circular, parallel cutouts, divided into four equal parts by perpendicular lines, is located on the container's opening.
