Dotychczas znana jest z polskiego opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 17760 butelka z korkiem do kosmetyku majaca ksztalt dwóch pólkul polaczonych z dwóch stron walcowymi bocznymi scianami, majacymi w przekroju prostokatny ksztalt. Górna czesc butelki ma okragla szyjke mieszczaca korek, którego górna czesc ma ksztalt polaczonych podstawami dwóch stozków, z których dolny stozek jest sciety a w górnym stozku jest umieszczony uchwyt w postaci dwóch pólkul polaczonych razem walcowa sciana majaca w przekroju prostokatny ksztalt. Dno butelki jest umieszczone ponizej dolnej krawedzi pólkul i ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglo- nymi naroznikami. Znana jest równiez z polskiego opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 18102 butelka do perfum majaca w dolnej czesci ksztalt owalny lagodnie przechodzacy ku górze w zwezajaca sie stozkowo szyjke butelki, która nastepnie w swej koncowej czescirozszerza sie stozkowo az do otwartego plaskiego konca butelki. Butelka jest zamknieta kulistym korkiem o lekko splaszczonej powierzchni górnej, przy czym dolna czesc butelki i korek sa szklane i przezroczyste. Szyjka butelki az do otwartego konca butelki jest pokryta materialem nieprzezroczystym, wygladem przypominajacym nawiniete blisko siebie zwoje drutu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów, powierzchni i barwie. Butelka z dozownikiem aerozolowym do kosmetyku wedlug wzoru jest pokaza- na na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia rzut aksonometryczny nakladajacych sie na siebie czesci skladowych butelki zlozonych ze zbiornika z dozownikiem, nasadki posredniczacej i nakrywki, natomiast flg.2 przedstawia rzut aksonometry- czny butelki zespolonej z jej czesci skladowych. Jak pokazano na rysunku, zbiornik z dozownikiem ma dwie wypukle scianki bocz- ne polaczone ze soba brzegami i tworzace w przekroju ksztalt lódkowaty. W dole zbiornik ma wklesle denko, natomiast u góry zamkniety jest kopulka majaca na obrzezu zwezone w stosunku do dolnej czesci zbiornika wglebienie kolnierzowe do osadzenia nasadki posredniczacej i ma posrodku kopulki okragla szyjke z nasadzonym na niej dozownikiem aerozolowym. Zbiornik wykonany jest z prze- zroczystego bezbarwnego szkla. Na wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika nakladana jest nasadka posredniczaca w ksztalcie lódkowatym majaca w dolnej czesci kol- nierz obejmujacy wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika, a w górnej czesci majaca na obrzezu wglebienie kolnierzowe na nakrywke, przy czym nasadka posredniczaca posiada u góry lukowate sklepienie, posrodku którego jest okragly otwór z piono- wym kolnierzem dla dozownika. Na nasadke posredniczaca nakladana jest swo- bodnie nakrywka majaca dwie wypukle scianki boczne, tworzace w przekroju ksztalt lódkowaty, która od wewnatrz dopasowana jest ksztaltem do wglebienia kolnierzowego nasadki posredniczacej, zas u góry zamknieta jest lukowatym sklepieniem. Nasadka posredniczaca i nakrywka wykonane sa z tworzywa sztucznego w kolo- rze zielonym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi trójczesciowa budowa butelki, skla-dajacej sie z nakladanych na siebie zbiornika z dozownikiem, nasadki posredni- czacej oraz nakrywki. Zbiornik z dozownikiem ma dwie wypukle scianki boczne polaczone ze soba brzegami i tworzace w przekroju ksztalt lódkowaty. W dole zbiornik ma wklesle denko, natomiast u góry zamkniety jest kopulka majaca na obrzezu zwezone w stosunku do dolnej czesci zbiornika wglebienie kolnierzowe, posrodku zas kopulki jest okragla szyjka z nasadzonym na niej dozownikiem aerozolowym. Nasadka posredniczaca o ksztalcie lódkowatym ma w dolnej czesci kolnierz mocno obejmujacy wglebienie kolnierzowe zbiornika, zas w górnej czesci ma na obrzezu kolnierzowe wglebienie do swobodnego osadzenia nakrywki, przy czym nasadka posredniczaca posiada u góry lukowate Sklepienie, posrodku którego jest okragly otwór z pionowym kolnierzem dla dozownika. Nakrywka ma dwie wypukle scianki boczne polaczone ze soba brzegami i tworzace w przekroju ksztalt lódkowaty, dopasowany od wewnatrz do wglebienia kolnierzowego nasad- ki posredniczacej, natomiast u góry zamknieta jest lukowatym sklepieniem.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLCosmetic Aerosol Dispenser Bottle. The industrial design registration right is valid from: 2 MO'2002 * The subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic aerosol dispenser bottle. Previously known from Polish design description No. 17760, it is a cosmetic bottle with a stopper in the shape of two hemispheres connected on both sides by cylindrical side walls, each having a rectangular cross-section. The upper part of the bottle has a round neck housing a stopper, the upper part of which is shaped like two cones connected at their bases, the lower cone being truncated, and the upper cone containing a handle in the form of two hemispheres connected by a cylindrical wall, each having a rectangular cross-section. The bottom of the bottle is located below the lower edge of the hemispheres and has a rectangular shape with rounded corners. Also known from the Polish design description No. 18102 is a perfume bottle with an oval lower section, gently tapering upwards into a conically tapered neck, which then widens conically at its end to an open, flat end. The bottle is closed with a spherical stopper with a slightly flattened upper surface, with the lower section of the bottle and the stopper being made of transparent glass. The neck of the bottle, up to the open end, is covered with an opaque material resembling closely wound coils of wire. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of elements, surface, and color. A bottle with an aerosol dispenser for a cosmetic product, as per the model, is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the overlapping components of the bottle, consisting of a reservoir with a dispenser, an adapter, and a cap, while Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the bottle assembled from its components. As shown in the drawing, the reservoir with a dispenser has two convex side walls connected at the edges and forming an oval cross-section. At the bottom, the reservoir has a concave bottom, while at the top, it is closed by a dome with a flanged recess at the periphery, narrower than the bottom of the reservoir, for mounting the adapter cap. It has a round neck in the center of the dome with an aerosol dispenser mounted on it. The tank is made of transparent, colorless glass. An intermediary cap, shaped like an oval, is placed over the tank's flange recess. Its lower part has a flange that encloses the tank's flange recess, and its upper part has a flange recess for a cap on its periphery. The intermediary cap has an arched ceiling at the top, in the center of which is a circular opening with a vertical flange for the dispenser. A cap is loosely placed over the intermediary cap, with two convex side walls, forming an oval cross-section. The cap's internal shape is matched to the flange recess of the intermediary cap, and its upper part is closed by an arched ceiling. The adapter and cap are made of green plastic. The essential features of the industrial design include the three-part bottle structure, consisting of a stacked reservoir with a dispenser, the adapter, and the cap. The reservoir with the dispenser has two convex side walls connected by edges, creating an oval cross-section. At the bottom, the reservoir has a concave bottom, while at the top, it is closed by a dome with a collar-shaped recess at the rim, narrower than the bottom of the reservoir. In the center of the dome is a round neck with an aerosol dispenser mounted on it. The boat-shaped adapter has a flange in its lower part that tightly grips the flange recess of the tank, while its upper part has a flange recess on its periphery for freely mounting the cap. The adapter has an arched vault at the top, in the center of which is a circular opening with a vertical flange for the dispenser. The cap has two convex side walls connected by edges and forming an boat-shaped cross-section, fitted from the inside to the flange recess of the adapter, and is closed at the top with an arched vault.
