Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mieszacz hydrauliczny. Dotychczasowe mieszacze hydrauliczne dla wyprowa¬ dzania i wymieszania reagentów z medium byly róznorakich konstrukcji badz w postaci labiryntowych komór mieszania, badz tez mieszaczy z wypelnieniem w postaci rusztów perforowanych lub pierscieni. Stosowane byly równiez mieszacze mechaniczne. W mieszaczach spiralnych równiez stosowanych struga na kolejnych spiralach odwracana byla w lewo i w prawo.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie urzadzenia do wbudowania w dowolne istniejace ciagi technologiczne, w którym przeplywajaca struga ulegac bedzie zaburzeniu poprzez dlawienie oraz nastepowac bedzie jej obrót wzdluz osi biegnacej zgodnie z kierunkiem przeplywu tejze strugi. Zwiekszy sie w ten sposób kontakt reagentów z medium. The existing hydraulic mixers for the discharge and mixing of the reactants with the medium were of various designs, either in the form of labyrinth mixing chambers, or mixers with a filling in the form of perforated grates or rings. Mechanical mixers were also used. In spiral mixers also used, the stream on successive spirals was turned to the left and to the right. The aim of the invention is to develop a device to be built into any existing technological lines, in which the flowing stream will be disturbed by choking and it will be rotated along the axis running in the direction of the flow this stream. This will increase the contact of the reactants with the medium. This aim was achieved thanks to the fact that the hydraulic mixer consists of concentric conical throttling rings, preferably two, between which the deflecting blades are located. The invention will be explained in more detail on the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows the device from the stream flow direction, and Fig. 2 shows the device in a side view in the line. In any line 4 of the process line, a hydraulic mixer is mounted on the supports 5. The mixer consists of conical choke rings 1 and 2, between which the deflecting blades are located 3. The medium with guided reactants flowing through the mixer where the turbulent movement of the stream increases due to the throttling action of rings 1 and 2 and the cross-flow mixing increases thanks to the deflecting blades 3. The device can also be used in pipes or conduits with large cross-sections. By selecting the appropriate throttling rings and deflector blades, it is possible to select the appropriate losses acceptable for the existing hydraulic systems, which allows them to be built into practically every system.
