Description

Emulsje wytworzone sposobem wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuja sie duza trwaloscia. Przyklad I. W homogenizerze umieszcza sie 25 g wody, 25 g ksylenu, i 0,5 g emulgatora, którym jest oksyetylenowany 7 molami tlenku etylenu produkt kondensaqi gliceryny z oktanalem. Prac. For the production of emulsions used in the food and cosmetic industries, incomplete glycerides, esters, sucrose and polyglycerol esters are most often used as emulsifiers. These emulsifiers are not very susceptible to chemical decomposition, therefore the emulsions produced with their use, getting into industrial sewage, constitute their troublesome pollution and adversely affect the natural environment. by weight, which is added to 20-80% by weight of the oil phase and 20-80% by weight of water. This emulsifier consists of ethoxylated cyclic acetals obtained from glycerin and aliphatic aldehydes containing from 8 to 16 carbon atoms in the molecule, while in the ethoxylation process from 7 to 20 moles of ethylene oxide per 1 mole of acetal are used. long durability. The emulsifiers used are susceptible to chemical decomposition in an acidic environment, thus losing its emulsifying properties, and the emulsion is broken. rapeseed. Example 1. 25 g of water, 25 g of xylene and 0.5 g of emulsifier are placed in a homogenizer, which is the ethoxylation of 7 moles of ethylene oxide with the condensation product of glycerol with octane. The whole is mixed for 0.5 hours, using an agitator speed of 5000 revolutions per minute. The resulting thin oil-in-water emulsion did not change during storage in a measuring cylinder at room temperature for 500 hours.2 108336 Prryklad II. Proceeding as described in the first example, 25 g of water, 25 g n heptane and 0.75 g of emulsifier are used, which is a glycerol-decanal condensation product ethoxylated with 10 moles of ethylene oxide. Oil-in-water emulsions are obtained with a cream consistency which at room temperature did not break for 70 days. Example III. Proceeding as described in Example 1, 10 g of water, 40 g of n-heptane and an Ig of emulsifier are used, which is a condensation product of glycerol with decanal ethoxylated with 7 moles of ethylene oxide. A very thick emulsion is obtained which does not break down at room temperature for 30 days. Example IV. Proceeding as described in the first example, 25 g of water, 15 g of paraffinized oil and 0.5 g of emulsifier are used, which is a glycerol-decanal condensation product ethoxylated with 12 moles of ethylene oxide. An emulsion is obtained with the consistency of a cream, which was stable for 80 days at room temperature. condensation product of glycerol with tetradecanal. Emulsions with a stability at room temperature of more than 120 days are obtained. Patent claim A method of producing emulsions in which the oil phase consists of vegetable or mineral oils, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, consisting in mixing the oil phase with the water phase in the presence of an emulsifier, characterized by the fact that ao 20-80% by weight of the oil phase and 20-80% by weight of water are added 0.5-2% by weight of an emulsifier, which are cyclic acetals obtained from glycerol and aliphatic aldehydes with 8-16 carbon atoms in the molecule and ethoxylated with 7-20 moles of oxide of ethylene per mole of acetal.
