Urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków, przeznaczone do mocowania wzdluz obrzezy dachów, na gzymsach, na wysunietych czesciach murów, na wystepach budowli. Urzadzenie ma za zadanie uniemozliwienie siadania ptakom na obrzezach dachów, na gzymsach, na wysunietych czesciach budowli i zanieczyszczania ich odchodami murów, scian budynków, parapetów i otoczenia wokól budynków. Bird deterrent device The object of the industrial design is a bird scaring device, designed to be mounted along the perimeter of roofs, on cornices, on protruding parts of walls, on projections of structures. The device is designed to prevent birds from sitting on the edges of roofs, on cornices, on protruding parts of buildings and from contaminating them with faeces on walls, building walls, window sills and the surroundings around buildings.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material.

Urzadzenie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Urzadzenie moze byc wykonane z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. The device, in line with the industrial design, is reproducible. The device can be made of metal and plastic.

Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w widoku ogólnym, odmiana 1, zas fig.2 - urzadzenie odmiana 2. The subject of the pattern is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the general view of the bird-scaring device, version 1, and Fig. 2 - the device, type 2.

W otworach co drugiej wypuklosci sa umieszczone sprezyste, wygiete w formie litery „V" prety. On the front surface of the strip there are rectangular convexities with openings parallel to the front surface of the strip. In the holes of every second convexity there are elastic rods bent in the form of the letter "V".
