Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków, przeznaczone do montazu na parapetach okien w budynkach mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 ilustruje urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w widoku z boku, fig. 3 ilustruje urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków z charakteryzuje sie oryginalnym estetycznym ksztaltem. Urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z dwu rzedów okraglych elementów z plaskiej blachy aluminiowej, osadzonych na lekkiej aluminiowej konstrukcji przeznaczonej do latwego montazu na parapecie lub balkonie. Urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w górnej czesci na kazdym z okraglych elementów posiada wystajace podluzne elementy z zaokraglonym zakonczeniem by nie kaleczyc ptaków. Wszystkie istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego znajduja sie na zalaczonych ilustracjach. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the bird repellent device from a front view, Fig. 2 illustrates the bird repellent device from a side view, and Fig. 3 illustrates the bird repellent device from a top view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bird repellent device is characterized by its original, aesthetic shape. The bird repellent device, according to the industrial design, consists of two rows of circular elements made of flat aluminum sheet, mounted on a lightweight aluminum structure intended for easy mounting on a windowsill or balcony. The bird deterrent device has protruding elongated elements on the upper part of each circular element with rounded ends to prevent bird injury. All important features of the industrial design can be found in the attached illustrations.
