The subject of the ornamental design is a manhole cover with horizontal doors, particularly for telecommunications ducts, intended for quick assembly. The new form of the design occurs in the shape and arrangement of the doors. The manhole cover with horizontal doors according to the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cover in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same cover from above. The manhole cover with horizontal doors according to the pattern is in the form of a rectangular, horizontal plate, provided with four mounting pins at the corners and connected to a reinforcing plate located underneath (Fig. 1). The manhole cover with horizontal doors according to the pattern, shown in Figs. 1 and 2, is provided with three doors of decorative shape. Each door is in the form of a figure composed of a rectangle with rounded corners and an adjoining rectangle of slightly shorter length, connected to the cover plate by a horizontal hinge.
