Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i charak- terystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu uchwytu oraz polaczenia z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczona fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 2 przedsta- wiono uchwyt w widoku z góry oraz na fig 3 przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku ma zasadniczo ksztalt zblizony do ceownika, z tym, ze stopy uchwytu znajduja sie w pewnej odleglo- sci od kranców korpusu uchwytu. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the handle and its connection to the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the handle in a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the handle in a side view. The furniture handle is characterized by a side view that generally resembles a U-shaped profile, with the feet of the handle located at a distance from the ends of the handle body. The furniture handle shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 has a body which is a flat profile closed in the shape of a zigzag with rounded ends and rounded edges, in the central part of which there is an openwork pattern composed of diamond-shaped holes arranged one above the other in parallel planes, so that they partially overlap, while the feet of the handle are placed perpendicularly to the axis of the body at a certain distance from its ends, their cross-section is close to a circle, and their width is smaller than the width of the body of the handle.
