Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy produkcyjno-handlowej odzwierciedlajacy zakres przedmiotowy i formy prowadzonej dzialalnosci handlowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie znaku graficznego firmy produkcyjno-handlowej zawierajacego na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym, sugestywnie oddzialywuje na potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z uslug firmy i dokonywania zakupów sprzedawanych wyrobów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Material ilustracyjny stanowia kolorowe odbitki poszczególnych odmian znaku graficznego firmy produkcyjno-handlowej. Tak zestawione profile tworza na powierzchni prostokata przestrzen stanowiaca stylizacje liscia. Na powierzchni tej, umieszczony jest wyraz „DRZWIOKNA", napisany gruba linia, duzymi literami, blokowym krojem liter. W znaku graficznym powierzchnia liter oraz górnego i dolnego lukowego profilu prostokata jest barwy ciemnoniebieskiej, zas powierzchnia liscia jest koloru bialego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego firmy produkcyjno-handlowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje graficzna, plastyczna i kolorystyczny a takze slowna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie znaku graficznego. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the manufacturing and trading company's graphic symbol, featuring a visual and color composition on the display surface. This, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a suggestive effect on potential customers using the company's services and purchasing its products. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material. The illustrative material consists of color prints of individual variations of the manufacturing and trading company's graphic symbol. And so: Fig. 1 shows a front view of the display surface of the first variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 2 - a front view of the expensive variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 3 - a front view of the third variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 4 - a front view of the fourth variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 5 - a front view of the fifth variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 6 - a front view of the sixth variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 7 - a front view of the seventh variety of the graphic sign, Fig. 8 - a front view of the eighth variety of the graphic sign. The first variant of the graphic symbol for a manufacturing and trading company has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its rectangular shape with small gaps in the lateral arms. Its interior space is divided by two identical arc-shaped profiles, arranged alternately, creating an upper arc-shaped profile and a lower arc-shaped profile of a rectangular surface. The upper arc-shaped profile, extending from the left edge, begins as a straight line, gradually arcing inward to the right edge. Similarly, with a small gap at the end, the lower arc-shaped profile extends in a straight line from the right edge, arcing, as in the upper arc-shaped profile, to the left edge. These combined profiles create a space on the rectangular surface, representing a stylized leaf. The word "DRZWIOKNA" is written on this surface in a thick line, in capital letters, in a block font. In the graphic mark, the surface of the letters and the upper and lower arc-shaped profile of the rectangle are dark blue, while the leaf surface is white, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark of the production and trading company has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a graphic, plastic, color and word composition identical to the first version of the graphic mark. The distinguishing feature of the second version of the mark is the placement of a stylized outline of a window frame in graphite-gray color in the middle of the word "JDRZWIOKNA", as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic mark of the 'J' production and trade company has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a graphic, plastic and verbal composition identical to the first and second versions of the graphic mark. The distinguishing feature of the third version of the mark is the stylized letter "O" in the form of a sun in a color shade of orange with a white tint, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. The fourth version of the graphic mark of the 'J' production and trade company has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a graphic, plastic and color composition, as well as verbal composition identical to the first version of the graphic symbol. The distinguishing feature of the fourth version of the graphic symbol is the full linear continuity of the side edges of the rectangular surface, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 4). The fifth version of the graphic symbol of the production and trade company has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by containing a graphic, artistic, and verbal composition identical to the first version of the graphic symbol. The distinguishing feature of the fifth version of the graphic symbol is the light green color of the upper, arc-shaped profile, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 5). The sixth version of the graphic symbol of the production and trade company has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by containing a graphic, artistic, and verbal composition identical to the first version of the graphic symbol. The distinguishing feature of the sixth variant of the graphic mark is the light green colour of the surface of the upper arc profile and the lower arc rectangular profile, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 6. The seventh variant of the graphic mark of the production and trading company has essential features of an industrial design, characterised by the fact that it contains a graphic, plastic and circular composition identical to that of the first variant of the graphic mark. The distinguishing feature of the seventh version of the graphic mark is the placement of the word "drzwiokna" written in a thick line, in lower case letters, in a block font on a stylized leaf surface, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 7. The eighth version of the graphic mark of the production and trade company j has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a graphic, plastic, color and verbal composition identical to the second and seventh versions of the graphic mark. The distinguishing feature of the eighth version of the graphic mark is the placement in the central part of the word "drzwiokna" written in a thick line, in lower case letters, in a block font, and a stylized outline of a graphite-gray window frame, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 8.
