Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stop na konstrukcje nosne zwlaszcza wysiegników teleskopowych.
Dotychczas stosowanno na wyzej wymienione konstrukcjo stale stopowe. Wadami stosowania stali stopo¬
wych sa duze opory tarcia powodujace zakleszczenie sie tub wysiegników teleskopowych.
Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie podanej niedogodnosci, zwlaszcza poprawienie wspólczynnika tar¬
cia. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem stop na konstrukcje, zwlaszcza wysiegników teleskopowych zawiera wagowo
0,15-0,25% Cu, 0,15-0,25% Fe, 0,1 -0,3% Mg, 0,05 -0,15% Mn, 0,1 - 0,5% Si, 0,001- 0,01% Zn,
0,001-0,01% Ti oraz 98,53-99,448 Al.
Stop wedlug wynalazku odznacza sie niskimi oporami tarcia, wysokim polyskiem przy jednoczesnej odpor¬
nosci na korozje. W zaleznosci od skladu chemicznego istnieja mozliwosci zastosowania powyzszego stopu zwla¬
szcza na wysiegniki teleskopowe lub ksztaltowniki, w przetwórstwie metali oraz w budownictwie na elementy
konstrukcyjne budowlane, zwfaszcza okna, drzwij sciany dzialowe i sciany oslonowe.
Ponizej podano przyklad receptury stopu zawierajacego wagowo 0,2% Cu, 0,20% Fe, 0,2% Mg, 0,35% Mn,
0,3% Si, 0,05% Zn, 0,05% Ti oraz 98,65% Al.
Sposób wytwarzania stopu wedlug wynalazku polega na stapianiu aluminium i dodatków w okreslonych
wyzej proporcjach w temperaturze 640-880°C w piecu topielnym. Gotowy stop posiada niski wspólczynnik
tarcia, wysoki polysk i dobre wlasciwosci antykorozyjne.
