Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do rajstop dla dzieci. Powszechnie znane sa róznego etykiety do rajstop, zwlaszcza umieszczane na opakowaniach w postaci prostopadlosciennych pudelek lub typu kopertowego, z motywami ozdobnymi nawiazujacymi do zawartosci opakowania. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, barw i charakterze motywów ozdobnych, nadajacych jej orygi- nalny wyglad. Etykieta ma postac opaski o zróznicowanej szerokosci, zagietej w szesciobok o róznej dlugosci boków. Etykieta stanowi jednoczesnie nosnik informacji o produkcie i opakowanie utrzymujace rajstopy w stanie zlozonym przy widocz- nej znacznej czesci wyrobu. Na etykiecie wydziela sie zagieciami siedem róznej wielkosci prostokatnych powierzchni tworzacych czesc czolowa i czesci boczne. Czesc czolowa etykie- ty ma ksztalt duzego prostokata do którego przylega maly górny prostokat oraz z jednej strony wysoka czesc boczna skladajaca sie z dwóch prostokat- nych powierzchni oraz z drugiej strony niska czesc boczna skladajaca sie z trzech prostokatnych powierzchni. Wygiete do tylu czesci boczne do zetkniecia sie skrajnych krawedzi, po polaczeniu dodatkowa patka, tworaa etykiete w postaci opaski. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku w stanie rozwinie- tym z zaznaczonymi liniami zagiecia, na którym fig.1 przedstawia etykiete w tonacji rózowej, stanowiacej odmiane pierwsza, fig.2 - etykiete w tonacji zól- tej, stanowiacej odmiane druga, a fig.3 - etykiete w tonacji niebieskiej, sta- nowiacej odmiane trzecia. Various tights labels are widely known, especially those placed on packaging in the form of rectangular boxes or envelopes, with decorative motifs referencing the package's contents. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, colors, and the nature of the decorative motifs, giving it a unique appearance. The label takes the form of a band of varying widths, folded into a hexagon with sides of varying lengths. The label simultaneously serves as a carrier of product information and a packaging element, holding the tights in a folded state, while leaving a significant portion of the product visible. The label is divided into seven differently sized rectangular areas, forming the front and side sections, by folds. The front of the label is shaped like a large rectangle, with a small upper rectangle adjacent to it. On one side, a high side section consisting of two rectangular surfaces and on the other, a low side section consisting of three rectangular surfaces. The side sections, curved back until the outer edges meet, form a band-like label when connected by an additional tab. On the label's surface, against a shaded background, are illustrations of playing children, stylized to resemble drawings of small children. The front section and the two adjacent rectangular sides contain the word and figurative trademark "rewonki" according to application Z-289707. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing in an unfolded state with marked fold lines, in which Fig. 1 shows a label in a pink shade, which is the first variety, Fig. 2 - a label in a yellow shade, which is the second variety, and Fig. 3 - a label in a blue shade, which is the third variety.
